Each room feels like your own private retreat, with huge windows framing green hills and endless skies. You can start your morning with a cup of tea on the balcony, just soaking in the peace, or hang out by a bonfire at night, sharing stories under the stars. It’s a beautiful property in Panchgani that offers a view you wouldn’t get tired of watching for hours at a stretch.The food at the property is scrumptious & they offer multiple cuisines.Every dish you order is rich in flavour, quantity & taste.The warm hospitality and service at the property fills your heart.The interior is quite aesthetic & the rooms here are very neat and tidy.Everything felt just so perfect for me and my friends who were here on a staycation for 2N, 3D.Taking away tons of memories from this trip. I can’t wait to be back at the property super soon.

We had an amazing family stay at The Cliff by Zuper. The hospitality was top-tier, with Akshay ensuring our comfort from start to finish. The attention to detail from the staff made our experience truly memorable. A big shoutout to Chef Shabhudin for the incredible food—his Smoky Mushroom Palak was a standout dish that we all loved. Mitesh and the team in charge of food and service were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. On top of all this, the view from our room was simply breathtaking, adding to the peaceful and luxurious ambiance. If you’re looking for excellent service, delicious food, and stunning views, I highly recommend The Cliff by Zuper!

Our vacation was a complete nightmare at this resort. From the accommodations to the food, everything was subpar. Despite repeatedly addressing our concerns with the manager, we received no effort or empathy from the staff. This was our tenth visit to Mahabaleshwar, a place we cherish for its relaxation, and after trying numerous hotels over the past five years, this one ranks as the absolute worst. The staff was particularly rude, which only added to our disappointment. Most reviews seem to be given through collaboration, so I advise others to be cautious and trust their instincts. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Stay was a disaster: wrong food, rude staff, constant marketing calls, refused extra cookies, overcrowded breakfast, and cramped rooms. A huge letdown. I wouldn't recommend this place.STAFF IS WAY TOO RUDE NAME: jerina, Shweta, Mitesh,and their manager
