From the front desk just issuing only 1 key card, the lobby’s ceiling is old and damaged, the elevator, their rooms and everything needs improvement

Awful hotel I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. We booked for 5 days and left after 2. The 1st room, the shower didn't work and the closet door could not shut. The bedßheets were stained. After complaining, we were moved to a different room. The 2nd room did not have a toilet seat and the closet door still did not work. We gave up and checked out. The staff gave the impression that they really didn't care
