Svar från boendet: 我已經報警，已經檢查了cctv,我們會找到那個導遊，並且控告他。你帶着外人私自闖入我們酒店，恐嚇，威脅我的員工。我是經理，那兩天我休假，小朋友都知道丟錢第一時間報警，你卻帶着人來威脅一小小員工，她才20歲，嚇的人家自己的錢賠給你，你們參與的這事，我也提供你們的護照訊息給移民局了。員工都是淳樸了，偷盜行為我比客人都擔心，員工都是我們精心篩選的，你也沒證據説自己丟錢了，如果員工有這樣的行為，我們每天都是投訴。還有就是泳池，那兩天暴雨，會吹來小蟲子和葉子，我們也在第一時間清理了。
