The resort location was near the International airport but far from Alona beach where most restaurant is. The beach was very nice, the water is clear and very shallow. The sand was so white and fine. The resort room was big for a family of 4. It can even fit more people. The room was regularly cleaned and they change the sheets every time they make-up the room. Overall our experience in this resort was positive except for the food. Their food is not nice at all. We tried eating at the in house restaurant twice and in both occasion, we did not even finish our food. Take note that on the 2nd time we ordered sinigang, basic Filipino food thats so easy to cook but they have also missed. Even our little one, who likes sinigang, was not able to eat it. The resort has a corkage fee for every meal ordered outside of around P500, so you wont have a choice but to eat at the in-house restaurant or go to Alona beach for nice food experience. Btw, the resort parking is also limited, so i’d suggest not to bring a car. While there was a big lot that is supposed to be for guest parking the receptionist said that it is reserved for resort owners. Also, the resort has a public area for day tourist, but the beach is big enough to share.

review for the resort 1. i requested for a 2 single bed - what they gave us is 1 bed, and when they separated the beds into 2, my gosh, under the beds are so dirty, so i didn't accept that room instead look for another room 2. i informed the resort that i was with a senior citizen, meaning they should give us a senior citizen friendly room, what they gave us is a room with a bathroom with only a bathtub. how can a senior take a bath 3. gave us a room with a regular bathroom instead. however it has only 1 bed, so i request the, to put 1 more bed. to my dismay what they put was an extra one cushion mattress only. so i again request more mattress so that it will be more comfortable to sleep 4. for the first day we check in, they didn't give us free complimentary mineral water in our rooms, instead they gave us a pitcher of water which we dont know if its mineral water 5. they don't have any free wifi inside the rooms instead only on their dining area and reception area 6. breakfast foods almost the same the whole 6 days we where there 7. during breakfast, you need to ask for a toasted bread instead and takes a long time before they serve it to us 8. all the servers and cooks in the dining area was not wearing a hair net which is required by the Dept of Health 9. i was able to talk with the HR manager of the Hotel regarding the hair net policy, she just look at me and did nothing. she is also snubbish, not meant to be an HR manager 10. the also have stray cats roaming around the resort, unfortunately one night when we got back to our room, there was a bad smell near our room, then found out the the cats just made a poop and vomit just outside our door 11. ask the front desk how to get a toktok (mode of transportation), what she told us was just to walk out and look for one. not even extending that their guards will just call one for us. 12. check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am, if you extend you will pay an additional 350/hr 13. they dont have water filtration the the resort, so water is salty in the bathroom, just like you are in the swimming in the beach 14. they dont have generators, first night they have a power outrage so no electricity in the resort 15. management should do something about the services that the resort have.

Despite the beautiful white sand beach that we are really looking up to in a resort, we had a bad experience with this hotel. The facilities which we did not enjoy, the staff are not so accomodating, this place has become so sad..I don’t know but before pandemic we used to stay here but now,i think this would be our last.we will never be coming back here again.

It is good hotel, clean and big room. The beach is in front of your room, I had an amazing sunrise moment there.

Our family trip was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.

great location as it is adjacent to bbc and south palm, breakfast is provided tho the selection is limited.

Our stay was okay but it could’ve been improved a lot by some minor adjustments. We were disappointed to find there was no kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room which we believe should come as standard, especially in a resort. Also, bottled water is only provided on check in and not daily which we were disappointed with also. There were no Sun loungers around the pool like the photos depicted on Trip app. Very limited loungers on the beach front so they were never available. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no bread or fruit, and when bread was requested for myself who does not eat meat and dislikes eggs, there was no butter. I’ve never heard of a restaurant not having butter! There were very limited options, and you were rationed to only have 1 sausage and 1 egg as it was an assisted buffet. There was rice also but nothing to go with it. Also no tea bags available, only coffee. No laundry or scooter rental service which would’ve made our stay a lot more convenient, and no assistance to help find these services when asked if they provided them. Limited plug sockets in the room made it difficult to use our devices and charge them concurrently. There was no shower gel, only a small bar of soap but shower gel is preferable. Water dispensers to fill our own bottles would’ve been nice considering no bottled water provided on days other than check in day. All in all a disappointing stay. Aside from the nice beach, the location was also quite inconvenient as we hadn’t realise there were no other options of shops and restaurants available other than the resort itself.

well the place is good but the service is not good, they charged me 2 extra bed but only 1 extra bed,, the room is only 4 pax and we are 6..

The room got moist when we adjust the aircon. The floor was slippery so I tried to wipe it out using the tissue paper just to dry it but the next day got same senario. The turn on/off of the shower is quite confusing you must be familiar or else you will get wet again.

The resort was quite quiet which is what we wanted, but felt like off season. There was some renovation and the restaurant closed a little earlier than we would have liked. (there was no information about renovation when we booked the resort) Having said that, the resort was very clean and well looked after.
