Great location, staff were super lovely. I had a few problems: 1. Internet in the rooms didn’t work 2. Shower was terrible 3. Breakfast wasn’t great

Good breakfast, helpful staff. Air conditioning was decent but could’ve been a little better. In the summer it would not have been enough, but we came during winter. Overall, decent price.

Friendly staff. The place is clean however the pool is not working. Some rooms are lack of usual utensils like electric kettle & coffee

This small hotel near Alona beach ( less than 5 minutes walk) is on the main road near Jollibee and Mcdonalds. We booked this hotel after prematurely checking out of Alona Vida Resort which is torn up with construction work. This hotel was neat and clean with helpful staff and reliable Wi-Fi. What is more, it was reasonable priced and well managed. I would rather stay at Two Tides when I next come rather than Alona Vida Resort

設施實在一言難盡，住了5天換了三個房間，第一間熱水如滴灌，完全無法洗澡，第二間熱水洗了一個澡熱水器就壞了，第三間勉強可以。 但除了這些其他都很好，服務小哥很熱情，早餐很好吃而且可以5:30就提供，為觀鯨鯊和跳島遊提供便利，酒店位置非常好，步行去Alona海灘完全沒問題，周邊吃的很多很齊全。 酒店空調是窗機，忍忍也能睡。

這飯店地理位置真的不錯，離換錢所也很近，雖然不是最優惠的換錢所。 房內設施請不要期待，我們遇到一些設施壞掉，飯店服務不錯都會來修，但就是容易壞東壞西，看你自己是否介意。 房間光線不足，即便全開燈，也沒很美，不過因為玩的很累，也沒在意這些。 冷氣很神奇，超級冷。室外泳池早就不能用，看看就好。

酒店位置位於商業街上，門前有專用的停車場，內部設施也就是國內經濟型酒店的水平，馬桶蓋都是晃動的，第一天床單有一側也是臟的，所以酒店評價適中 適中 適中

房間衞生真的非常非常差，衞生間都是水垢，厚厚的水垢，水非常非常小，房間裏到處都是日積月累的垃圾和灰塵，圖片與房間實景嚴重不符。床品都是黏糊糊濕濕的，沒有任何客房服務，垃圾都是自己倒。我們定了四晚，兩個房間，兩個大人三個小孩，兩份早餐，前台第一天説免費給我們加一份早餐，退房時卻要收我們600每天，共2400的加餐費。其實我們根本用不到五份早餐，孩子吃不了那麼多，我們第二天也説了衹要四份就行，前台一直説沒事，一份多的是free，沒想到…再次吐槽房間的衞生真的非常差。
