The first view was a bit of a let down. it appears to be a very old style motel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. we were able to park right in front of our room which was nice. the room was a pleasant surprise. big and clean. The bed was comfortable the room had good lighting and plenty of outlets there was a fridge and microwave the TV was decent sized. there were a few restaurants within walking distance. overall it was quite inexpensive and a good choice for visiting Bryce.

I can confirm all the positive reviews. If you want to stay in Panguitch for a visit to Bryce Canyon NP this motel would be my recommendation. Don't be fooled by the outside. The owners are on site and are very helpful and friendly. They provide you a very clean, comfortable an affordable room. The beds were extremely comfortable. There is only one tiny point to be aware of and that is when your neighbor starts the shower of flushes the toilet it is noisy. But we experience that even in more expensive big chain hotels. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We picked this motel from the good reviews I found online and I wasn’t disappointed in the least. The room was very nice and very comfortable. Being towards the back it was quiet as well. I will stay here again next year when we travel that direction again.

Clean, Comfortable and affordable. This was a Wonderful place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon and surrounding area. The room was very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Very clean. We were able to do a few loads of laundry the night we arrived. The owners are on sight and are very helpful and friendly. I would suggest if you have trouble sleeping, ask for a room in the back, the main road is in front and can be quite noisy. I wear ear plugs and didn’t notice the traffic at night.

Excellent faculty. Super friendly, efficient staff. Great bed, very clean, great water pressure. Very accommodating. Returned our forgotten item by mail. Notified us before we had missed it. Great value. I recommend it for anyone looking for a basic motel. Location is supreme; right in the center of town.

I'll keep it simple. I almost never leave reviews on the internet, but my stay at Church's Blue Pine Motel was genuinely the nicest experience I've ever had at any motel, ever. Well how could my stay have been so wonderful with such an affordable rate on my room? It's beyond me. Expectations crushed. A stay at Blue Pine is affordable, clean, and comfortable. The A/C unit, shower, mattresses, TV, water pressure, overall cleanliness.. Just top of the line for any motel in the country. If you stay anywhere else in Panguitch you are a fool!

We had a nice stay here. The receptionist greeted us warmly and check in was quick. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and we slept well. Great location if you’re going to Bryce Canyon or Zion National Parks.
