Kantouni Beach Boutique Hotel

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at Kantouni Beach Hotel and have only positive things to say about this hotel and the staff that work there. From the moment we arrived Katerina made sure we were well looked after with a very warm welcome. The room was fabulous and spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea and the most fantastic sunset I’ve ever seen. The bed was huge with the most comfortable deep mattress and pillows ensuring a good nights sleep. The shower was also lovely with Rituals shower gel and body lotion. The hairdryer in the room was also very good. There is a small fridge in the room and coffee making facilities. We ate at the pool bar and in the main restaurant attending the Greek and barbecue night. The food was plentiful and very tasty with fantastic, friendly service from the staff. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of food choices. Absolutely no problem getting a sun bed at any time of the day. Very comfortable, padded loungers with fresh towels every day. You got an endless supply of water from the Pool boy Savras, fruit kebabs mid morning, smoothie shots in the afternoon and drinks served straight to your sun bed. We booked a private boat trip through reception which cost 80 euros per person but this was really good value for money. Dimitris and his wife were exceptional hosts and took us to some fabulous swim stops including seeing dolphins near to one of the fish farms and a stop at Pserimos which was such a lovely location for lunch. A must do for anyone visiting Kalymnos. Kantouni itself isn’t a very big resort but there is a handful of very good restaurants within easy walking distance or bus and taxi’s will take you to the larger resorts Pothia and Masouri. A water taxi from Mirties to Telendos is also a great way to spend half a day. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel don’t hesitate as the staff, accommodation, and location are just the best.

We had one of the best vacations ever. The hotel staff is extremely professional, kind and helpful. They all take an extra step to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is great with many options. The rooms are super clean and beautiful design to the last detail. Location is a dream in front of the sea. Highly recommend a trip to Kalymnos and a stay at Kantouni beach boutique hotel.

This hotel was the perfect relaxing holiday, we had an amazing time. The hotel was beautiful, all the staff cannot do enough for you, they are very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The rooms are very clean with extra touches such as bottles of water topped up every day, flip flops and beach bag is provided. Staff come round with fruit cocktails and mini cocktails everyday. We enjoyed the breakfast being served quickly and efficiently, the food in the hotel for lunch and tea is lovely, well presented and good portions. The drinks are delicious, cocktails and drinks were lovely and all very reasonable in cost. Our only suggestion is to cover all the food at breakfast as flies can land on the fruit and yoghurt so put me off a little. We would like to say thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

We stayed at Kantouni Beach hotel for the second time this June and wow! It really is amazing! From our arrival to departure we were so well looked after. Katerina, Eirini and the team are so lovely, helpful and professional, anything we needed was taken care of. The hotel is just beautiful, right on the beach, the pool is stunning and the whole place is spotless at all times. The cocktail menu is fabulous and the pool staff are so welcoming and efficient. Perfect holiday once again, wonderful staff who are extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was lovely with a huge bed and the air con was perfect and helped us sleep peacefully in comfort. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the pool is crystal clear and fresh everyday. The breakfast choices and quality were excellent and the service was faultless. We also ate in the restaurant several times and the food was very good and reasonably priced too. All in all we loved our second stay and the hotel and will back again in the future.
