Good rooms with compliment fruits and add water/sweetie after cleaning. Funny music show every evening. All-inclusive mode is reasonable enough, permanent food'n'drinks are close available. The sea is near at hand. I was lacking only a sauna..)

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I had heard very good things about the hotel on TripAdvisor but wondered if this was after having a 'holiday high'. Seriously every word is true: the staff are marvelous, friendly, smiling, very hard working. The whole hotel including grounds is immaculate. There are staff working round the clock keeping it so. Food is generous, fresh and delicious. Pool areas very clean and try the aquafit class at 11am with Jose, he is a real laugh and makes the class fun. If you want to just chill, the hotel provides every facility but for families there are clubs, etc so they can go off to enjoy themselves. For Mum treat yourself to a facial. I was looked after by Olga and it was wonderful! My only little niggle ... Even on 4th floor you can hear music from Experience theatre on ground but to be honest they usually finished by 11pm. Also ensure you book the right kind of bed ... We wanted twin but our bed was made up as a double so we had to get that sorted after we checked in but it was sorted out in minutes. Any request you have ... The staff are very responsive too. We are already talking about coming back next year ... See you then!!
