Basilica Holiday Resort

位置一流，出門口就是大型超級市場，海邊附近餐廳非常之多，唯一缺點沒有電梯，如果老人家住3樓比較辛苦！

Our first 2 nights were in Thalia suite which had no lift and I struggled with stairs. Elli [Angel in reception] noticed and quickly organised a quick change to Harbour Suite [214] which had a lift that made all the difference. Top floor with views out over Papantoniou's and great sea views. Self catering with kitchenette and en suite facilities that Housekeeping staff maintained clean, with fresh towels every day unless declined by placing sign on door. The pool and surrounds are well maintained and notices reminding visitors to respect others and to NOT try reserving sun loungers with towels... there was plenty of loungers and shades for all every day. The only downside was the loud revving of m/c & quad-bike engines and squeeling of car tyres, caused by persons who sought to gain attention... which was not the Hotels fault and outside their control. All in all we had a great stay, thanks again to Elli and her Team.

Very pleasant hotel, recommend adding breakfast if you haven’t included it already Friendly staff no problem from checking in to checking out , only had to ask once for some clean towels but wasn’t a problem, location is central great for bars and restaurants, but nearest sandy beach is one mile there and back but it’s a nice walk

From the start greeted by the amazing crystella at reception, all staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was just amazing compliments to the chef, bar staff was great, plus waitresses and waiters on point always smiling and friendly, bit of a walk to our room but honestly didnt mind even with a broken leg , highly recommend and we will definitely me returning, Honestly loved our 10 day stay, staff made it so much more enjoyable

We was so sad to leave after 11 days here . All the staff are smashing they can't do enough to make your stay perfect. Our studio room had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable holiday . We was AI so didn't use the cooking facilities in the room but it was newly fitted and well equipped, we did whoever use the fridge that was handy, No need to lug a travel kettle from home the very handy supermarket like sainsbury's just across the road has our milk and tea should you want extra . We recommend going AI here there was so much selection and every day the main dishes were different , breakfast was great with fresh omelets with various toppings of your choice ,fresh pancakes made infront of you . Everything was fresh from full English to continental they had it all . If your looking for traditional atmosphere and a slower pace you will find it here , with it's relaxing pool that felt like stepping into a warm bath it's not over crowded either, we had high temps so the water wasn't ever cold it's also very clean the pool area and sunbeds are washed every morning, The kind, friendly staff work with pride . There's a nice little walk behind the hotel that will take you to a site of history worth a look if you enjoy mosaics and Cypriot history . The hotel is situated very near the harbour so an evening stoll to watch the sunset around 8pm is just beautiful. We met holiday makers that have been returning year after year and some terrific new friends that enhanced our stay too so much so we've all rebooked for next year . . Huge thanks to every member of staff for a fantastic holiday you certainly made us feel like we've had a rest . See you all June 2025 .

Lovely holiday few minutes walk from the harbour which is filled with bars restaurants and shops. The hotel was ok rooms fairly basic but cleaned everyday. Clean bedding and towels everyday. Staff were very hard working and polite. The pool area was lovely water was nice temperature too. Food was usual for all inclusive but everything we ate was lovely. Never struggled to find anything to eat. Would definitely return again.

This resort is spread out over various locations. Your apartment might be situated across the road with no views. You will need to walk to the pool area and feel completely separate from the normal holiday feeling. The studio self catering is presented nicely the balcony could overlook the road, business or rubbish either way no decent view in most of the blocks. We requested to change rooms from Artemis block (see map) we accepted a room in the Erato block, big mistake. It had an awful smell and various problems with room, broken toilet, broken hot tap, we asked for another room and we were placed in Thalia block above reception. The room was much better, it was a large room and the air con wasn’t big enough to circulate around the studio. Wpuld I stay here again, absolutely not! However the staff were really accommodating to our requests. The pool area is ok, although we didn’t stay around the apartment/pool area. The harbour is very close. And I would recommend car hire to visit beaches near by. If I didn’t have the car I’d be gutted staying on the complex for a week! I did read the reviews before booking but I thought how bad can it be, it was cheap ‍♀️

This was our second visit to this hotel. It's a 3* complex with 5* staff. Big shout out to Luciano at the bar and Ellie on reception, although to be fair all the staff are friendly and helpful couldn't fault any of them. Even the housekeeping staff greet you in a morning. Food was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The lift broke down one day and was sorted early the following morning. The hotel is close to the harbour with shops bars and restaurants,also the archaeological centre and buses. Only left yesterday and wishing we were back there it's cold at home

First of all, I want to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel! Our short vacation was unforgettable! Everything was fine from the meeting to the farewell. The administrators are incredibly nice girls, everyone was happy to help us with any question. The bar staff cheered us up every day with their smiles and the kitchen was also on top! The location of the hotel is simply gorgeous: right in front of the papantoniou supermarket, the promenade is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The UNESCO Archaeological Center is nearby, which I highly recommend visiting (entrance price is 4.50), as well as a bus stop. You can get from the airport to the hotel by public transport, I will attach the diagram in the photo. Every evening there was an entertainment program at the hotel: music, songs. Our room was in the ERATO building, it is spacious and bright. Please note: an adapter is needed for the European outlet, it can be purchased on the market. Daily cleaning service. Upon arrival, you will be given the rules of accommodation, there is all the useful information. Upon check-in, there was a pleasant compliment from the fruits. On the day of the eviction, we had a transfer at 19:30, a nice girl at the reception offered to extend the stay until 18:00, it cost only 35€. We had all inclusiv and it was a very right decision, as the kitchen pleased us 100%! A good variety, there is always soup, beef or lamb, chicken, fish, for dinner there is octopus, duck, sushi, wok. There is always something to choose from, but, to be honest, you can add a little less salt, since you can always add it, but you will not be able to reduce it. Also, from the wishes, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the territory. Otherwise, everything is wonderful: a clean pool, a landmark almost on the territory of the hotel, wonderful staff, as if created for this job, even the people in the hotel are wonderful! At the check-out, we said goodbye to the hotel guests as if we were our friends. It was a wonderful time, which we would repeat many more times! I highly recommend this place, for a 3-star hotel it's just 100/100.
