Princessa Vera Hotel Apartments

It was our first visit to Cyprus, we were unsure what vicinity to stay at, or which hotel to choose, and we chose The Princessa Vera Hotel and came up trumps. We’ve enjoyed every moment of our stay, my husband and I and our son came home yesterday, neither of us wanted to leave. We have never met such a lovely, caring hotel manager, Christos is what must be the most hard working hotel manager we have ever seen/met. His attention to detail is out of this world. He works along side his staff clearing tables etc as we say in Yorkshire he mucks in. All the staff from Croatia, to waiters/wairesses, cleaners bartenders are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed half board food was delicious at all meal times always a good selection, the whole hotel is spotless to a high degree the rooms are beautiful and the beds were so comfy. All being well, we will certainly be back in the near future. Thankyou Christos and you entire team

Not long back from the most amazing stay at the Princessa Vera. The photos do not do it justice as there has been lots of refurbishments and upgrading to this hotel. Please disregard any negative comments you may read about the hotel. The reception is bright, airy and welcoming. The staff are friendly, polite and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The manager has an extremely jovial personality and mixes freely with guests ensuring that they are all happy and well cared for. Our room was advertised on Jet 2 reading like the bedroom was separate but was just screened off from the rest of our large well-equipped apartment-style room. The maids came in daily to work their magic and were almost like invisible fairies. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and there was always plenty of delicious hot or cold options to suit our requirements. The poolside bar made a lovely frozen strawberry daiquiri too. We had no issues with sunbed warriors and always found sunbeds either in the shade or sun at any time of day. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and bars and a short walk to the bus station if you want to explore further. Paphos Harbour is a lovely walk away along the beach promenade. Thanks to all at Princessa Vera for such an amazing time.

Our first ever visit to paphos and we chose here and couldn’t of wished for a better place to stay we was greeted with a light modern recreation area with a friendly receptionist , we stayed in two rooms 402,404 both was with pool view which was perfect for us with having children , we stayed bed and breakfast the breakfast was always well stocked with everything and anything you could wish for from cooked breakfast to continental , pastries and fruit with juices , coffees and teas also available , the hotel manger was always on hand and he and his staff where all polite , friendly and couldn’t do enough for you they worked tiresomely to keep up the hotel’s standards , the hotel it’s self was perfectly situated within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants with the marina being around 15/20 minute walk of an evening , bus stops are also outside of the hotel with buss taking you to the likes of Corel bay and the old town , so if your looking for a clean well located place to stay this has to be the place 5*

We stayed in the Princessa Vera in November 24 it was was birthday treat and we were not dissapointed. The hotel is in a in a great spot for everything with the beach being a small walk away. From the moment we booked in till we booked out our stay was perfect and peaceful. We stayed in room 323 which was perfect and had a see veiw which i was delighted with. Our very large studio had everything in it to make our stay perfect. The beds were super comfortable, pillows were super comfortable ans we had out room cleaned everyday, clean towels as and when we needed them we even had toiletries in the bathroom with a huge walk in shower. It also has everything in it to do self catering if needed, they even had washing up liquid and dish cloths in the kitchen area. All the staff from the Manager, the reception staff , bar staff and housekeepers were a 100% attentive at all times nothing was a bother and always with a smile. We had such a fantastic holiday we are booking to come back in November for another peaceful and relaxed winter break. Doug & Denise room 323.

This is an excellent Hotel in a great area with everything on hand. The staff are lovely & so hard working with a special mention to the young lady on reception who really helped us on the night we arrived & had lost one of our hand luggage . She went out of her way to find it for us & we were so grateful ☺️ Also Denisa & Danny who were always happy & hard working . Christos the manager was a friendly chap who always had time for the guests . The Hotel is very clean but our only negative unfortunately was the cleaning of our room. We stayed for 3 weeks & although the cleaners were in every day it was never cleaned properly. The bed was made every day & the bare minimum done but the floors were not swept or mopped as we had the same stains on the tiles & hair where I dried my hair for weeks . Also on a few occasions we went into the room to find the cleaners sat on our balcony smoking. It unfortunately spoilt it for us.

Brilliant hotel staff are so friendly and the manager goes out of his way to speak with guests at breakfast or round the pool Absolute first class service from All involved Second stay and will define going back Hotel in great place nice and quiet but plenty around today Just to say a huge thanks to manager who made our stay so comfortable And also not forgetting the rest of hotel staff from cleaners to Bar staff and waitresses who really go out of there way to make this hotel a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday
