Everything was perfect. In the room the found bottles of sparkling wine. Was gift from hotel for my birthday…location amazing, everything so close to us. Definitely recommend!

Travelled As A Couple . Positives Deluxe Family Room City View . Room was absolutely fine but the view was awful. Looked out onto car park . Food good for an all inclusive. Drinks ok. Staff absolutely lovely . Very hot during our stay and they were still working hard & smiling . Lifeguard round the pool always around helping with umbrellas & keeping eyes on pool area . Overall hotel aesthetically pleasing. Negatives Room View did spk to reception and they explained I booked a city view ( which I did ) however a rundown car park was not what I was expecting. Sunbeds First I do not go on holiday to be up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed . And yes they advised the lifeguards can get you a bed , but there is really no room to put them around the pool . Sunbeds were already packed tightly together . Pools ok, not the biggest but did suffice . Entertainment. Very Poor . Nothing wrong with the on-site team but it was basically the same dance routines with different music & costumes . Same music quiz everyday . Just different eras . No outside entertainment acts bought in . For us the absolute worst part was everything finished by 10pm . So even if the entertainment was exceptional by the time you’d had your evening meal . It would nearly be all over . There was a white party which was enjoyable & people were dancing . Bang on 10 , music stopped & all over. I do think this is the hotels choice to finish at this time as there is music playing from other hotels/bars in the vicinity. I understand you can stay in the bar drinking till 12 , but Zero atmosphere !!! The same with the inside bar . I researched this hotel thoroughly before booking and all reviews were fantastic for us however totally the opposite, and I did speak to other holidaymakers, and there were some with the same opinion as me . Would I return unfortunately not . You can book a late check out room till 6pm costs depend on which room you have booked . One bottle of water provided on arrival other all inclusives we stayed at provide a bottle everyday . Air conditioning worked fine in room. It is no smoking/vaping hotel but there are 4 designated areas for this . This is an honest review from a couples point of view . I am sure some will not agree with me , but to enjoy our holiday we ended up going out the majority of our evenings as hotel was like a ghost town after 10pm
