Sofianna Resort & Spa

The room was a little outdated but the food really impressed us. It was always different and freshly made. It really impressed us. The staff was friendly and after some time, they recognized us. Even it was off season there was always entertainment in the evening and we could really stay at the property at night and enjoy our evening. It was very quiet in the evening even we had a pool view room facing the pool. We slept really we. What's also impressive is the clearness. It's really well maintained and daily cleaning service was also perfectly done. If you stay there, you have to do all inclusive. The food really makes everything perfect.

酒店硬件不錯，純純度假酒店，用餐也很豐富，在塞浦路斯小島上算是不錯了。確定是離拉納卡機場比較遠一百公里左右，打車也得一個多小時。

This is our third visit to this hotel I can only say it gets better . Food staff rooms management all top class . The staff are what make us return and we shall be back x jaz and Skye such happy d working young ladies wish I could see their live shows soon to start . First time visiting Sofianna and we would love to return. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and were always happy to help. Found all staff to always say hello when serving you at the bar, in the restaurant or even just walking past you in the hotel. We arrived with a few couples who visit regularly to the hotel which must mean they are doing something right… and they are!! Bags were brought to our room by a lovely gentleman. Room was lovely and spacious and views of the sunset on an evening were amazing. Food was okay. We are slightly picky eaters so finding something for lunch and dinner was a bit hit and miss but even though we stayed all inclusive we did plan on eating out a few nights anyways. Breakfast was lovely!! Drinks were strong and tasty. Pool was very cold this time of year but if you were brave enough you could manage a few lengths (which we tried and swam as quickly as possible!!) Sunbeds were easy to get no matter the time of day, but I am not sure what it would be like in the summer. Easy 5-10minutes’ walk down to the harbour where they are lots of nice restaurants and is a lovely walk no matter the time of day! Supermarket just round the corner. Just a note, this is a ‘’no smoking hotel’. There are designated smoking areas in the hotel and my partner did hear from a few other guests that the hotel may charge you €20 if caught smoking in room/balcony/non smoking areas but not sure how true this may be as he stuck to smoking areas. Visited flairs bar one night which is just around the corner… They will convince you to go in with 2 for 1 drinks… and you may not remember leaving!! All in all, me and my partner spent a lovely relaxing week in the sun at the lovely Sofianna. Would love to return in the future!

Stayed 10 days on an all inclusive basis and cannot find fault with the Sofianna. Spotless establishment with great facilities and staff. The food was as good as I have ever experienced in an all inclusive resort. If you coming to Pafhos I would suggest you give this place serious consideration

1st time for us in Cyprus for our anniversary, 1st time all inclusive too, we were a little apprehensive about the food (despite positive reviews) so we budgeted to eat out a few times during the week, however, we needn't have worried, the food was excellent... Even a fussy eater should easily find plenty to eat here, 2 salad bars, plus a wide variety of mains and other hot food (loosely themed nights, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican etc), breakfast also has a wide variety of food. The staff are brilliant, so helpful and polite, the drinks in the all inclusive are also brilliant, cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and a variety of juices.... Hotel is in a great location, 15 minutes from the harbour, Paphos castle and the archeological site, and plenty of excursions with hotel pick ups. Highly, highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.
