Louis Imperial Beach

20+ visits has to say something about this hotel. The place is like a second home and arriving is like seeing friends. What a welcome after journeys that, due to age, are becoming more stressful. Everything is made so easy, especially after the welcome hugs, drink and nibbles. Luggage taken to your room during a stressless registration while hugs from repeat customers met along the way make for a happy arrival. Its not the hotel that makes a holiday, it’s the staff and all are superb without being officious. Waited on round the pools, attended to in the bars and dining rooms, help available from all and at any time. Your wish is their command. The food is fantastic with something for everyone taste. No going home hungry or having lost weight. Take varying sizes of clothes as waistlines will expand! Rooms cleaned daily without a fault, and everywhere clean. Kids club in summer months so what more could a family want. If you want 5 star surroundings then wait until 2026 but you’ll be missing out for sure. The many repeat customers will tell you that. We stayed at the Louis Imperial over half term, we enjoyed our stay. Whilst mentioned the rooms could do with updating they are still nicely decorated and beds comfortable. Housekeeping was very good! It was great to not have to do the normal sunbed rush and you could still easily get a sunbed at 10am though pools were cold at this time of year. There is an indoor pool which did start to be heated towards the end of our stay! Very good location, nice 30 minute stroll along the beach to paphos. The highlight of this hotel was the food, all inclusive normally becomes repetitive but this was not the case here! Excellent food and great variety! Also must mention Grace form the kids disco she was great, and carried the kids disco. Even seeing the kids off upon leaving for the airport which was a nice touch. We would stay here again!

We have been home almost 2 weeks now from another wonderful 2 week stay. This hotel is truly amazing. Rooms are very comfortable. The staff go above and beyond. 1st time meeting Bianca and wow she is just wonderful, as is Alex!! Food is outstanding!! We love the management cocktail party- it really does give the busy team a chance to say hello - that’s something Iv never seen in a hotel before. Imperial beach you have an amazing team. Thank you for making us and our wedding party feel at home. Colleen and Emile were amazing. I think everyone is planning a return!! Can’t thank you all enough!! See you next year!!
