New York Plaza Hotel Apartments

A week ago i found this cosy hotel and i couldn't land better :D the room was clean and i had everything that was written. Also, it looked exactly like on pictures in the internet:) The price of such nice place was very satisfying 😊 beside this, and the most important for me was the kindest staff i've ever had, they were very helpfull with anything you've gone to them, i appreciate it do much and i will come back there for sure :D

Oh god, where do I even start? The only nice thing I have to say about this place is: the staff were rather friendly to us. Everything else is, quite honestly, a mess. The rooms are so incredibly outdated that I am absolutely positive no one has ever reinvested a single cent into this hotel. Bedrooms are huge, in fact they are more like apartments but what is more impressive is how dirty and unkempt they are. The thin, cracked, yellow stained toilet seat in our room looked like it was about to disintegrate into thin air from decades of use. The bathtub had some white stains on it and our bathroom in general, looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking. There was never any hot water in the evening, only in the morning. Beds were squeeky and uncomfortable. The heater in the bedroom was broken and couldn't even be switched on. The sheets looked clean but I found somone's hair in them when we arrived so I am not positive they have been changed from the previous guest. There is a yellow stained bedspread thrown over your bed when you arrive. There is a couple of blankets in the closet that look about a thousand years old and are of dubious level of cleanliness. There are exactly two glasses for you to drink out of in the entire kitchen and they don't even match. Very spare cutlery and pots but it doesn't matter really as the kitchen was so dirty and full of crumbs and stains we wouldn't dare use it anyway. The whole place has a stale, weird smell that hits you from the moment you open the door. We paid very little for this stay but it was still below our lowest expectations.

Hotel closed to tourists but they still allow you to book and take your money and drop you off there to be told that they are moving you to another hotel! No choice in hotels! It has been taken over by underage asylum seekers and there are police there 24/7 keeping watch. Absolutely disgusting first experience of Cyprus .. luckily we had an amazing time other than that!

Visited this hotel before new manager eager to help the reception staff are so helpful and the waiters and waitresses are the best you will find they are amazing also the cleaners are room was cleaned and sheets changed every day .A great big thank you to the chef the food is fantastic you will not be disapointed the lamb and beef melt in your mouth and the snack bar is brilliant

I didn't stay at the hotel due to negative reviews I stayed at princessa vera hotel apartments.i went to check out New York plazza apartments I saw broken furniture outside and it looked dirty the area was amazing

Horror hotel. Stroomkabels steken uit de muur. Slecht bij pad naar de receptie. Vriend is zeer hard gevallen bij klein onverlicht opstapje. Veel schade. Eigenaar doet er niets aan. Personeel schaamt zich voor reactie eigenaar. Geen EHBO kid aanwezig. Ontbijt is goed.Zwembad is goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik raad hotel af en *********** heeft hotel al op de vingers getikt
