The comfortable, and private holiday house is close to the beach, native wildlife, walking tracks, cycling and near the Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park. There are 3 large bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep 7. Also a huge lounge, kitchen and dining area to easily accommodate a large numbers of guests. The lounge has plenty of space to seat guests and has an air conditioner and wood heater for all round comfort in summer or winter. In the large outside enclosed porch, you can comfortably sit outside away from any of the little bugs.Outside there is space to relax by enjoying the garden, or just taking in the serenity. The property is fully fenced for your children or pet dog(s). Located one street back from the beach, this house with its secure yard is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.Regardless, your pets can play and explore while you take endless strolls along the shoreline beach-combing and shell collecting. The beach changes almost daily and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the serenity. You will be amazed at how few people there are along this wonderful part of 90 Mile Beach. There are plenty of other activities available including golf at the Golden Beach Golf Club, a 9 hole course that's a real experience to enjoy. There is also lawn bowls at the Golden Beach Bowls Club. For those who like cycling it is ideal with many kilometers of long flats roads to explore. Of course there are plenty of walking tracks for those who wish to adventure through the coast parks that surround Paradise Beach. A favorite place are the various wetlands where bird-life are teeming around the shallows foraging for food. For those who wish to do some shopping Sale is a short drive past the Sale Common State Game Refuge where there is the opportunity to observe wildlife in extensive marsh and grassland areas. Sale is a lovely Victorian country town with many historic buildings, the historic Port of Sale on the Thompson River, lakes and parkland, and a great choice of street cafes to sit and have coffee or tea while taking in the scenery. Loch Sport and Seaspray are a 30 minute drive away.Golden Beach hub is just under 3km away where you will find a takeaway/general goods store. A children's playground and community hall. Escape to Paradise is a magnificent holiday home with panoramic ocean views and situated just steps away from the golden sands and pristine waters of the 90 Mile Beach.This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms with built in robes, fans and panel heaters. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, a laundry, air conditioning, front and rear decks, a double remote-controlled garage, a huge secure backyard and more.The spaceDrive through either of the two grand entrances and walk up the stairs to a beautiful home that is set out as two independent units, separated by a connecting door. Each side of the connecting door has its own kitchen, dining, living areas and reverse cycle air conditioning.There are 5 large bedrooms and 2 living areas with enough beds to sleep 17 and a cot for the little one. Three of the five bedrooms have beautiful ocean views. Four bedrooms are set out with queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The living area has two pull out sofa beds. All bedrooms have built in robes, and panel heaters. There are ceiling fans in the queen bedrooms and a pedestal fan in the bunk bedroom. There is also a laundry fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.A sprawling deck takes center stage at the front of the house allowing you to take in the most beautiful sunrises and panoramic ocean views. There is another sprawling deck overlooking the beautiful back garden. There is a BBQ on the back deck for those rainy cold nights.The back garden is enormous and filled with beautiful plants and garden features. There is an undercover entertainment area with a dining table and chairs. There is also a fire pit with seats around.The beach is only a few steps away.
