They have done it again: the Tepanjaki Restaurant at the Parco Paradiso, hosting one of the worlds leading chef Darwin, has re-engineered one of the finest and most versatile Japanese Foods we were able to put to the test yesterday whilst staying at this very noble Suite Hotel in Switzerland! Needless to say, that among at least 10 Choices of set menu‘, I chose one without meet, except for the home made Wagyu Beef Gyoza‘ which was served with a most delicious Wasabi sauce: for my taste, a melody of tastes. One of the first courses, the Ibushi Gin hot smoked salmon with wasabi sesame seeds and creamy mustard sauce, was the show stopper to say the least. The combination of flavors was never experienced - not even whilst staying in Kyoto Japan and enjoying local Japanese Foods! To round up a delight of a dinner, the Yuso Sorbet (not even had something similar in Japan) with caramelized Pineapple made me write this review which, again was as beautiful to write as the experience made - thank you Parco Paradiso Team, thank you Darwin!
