City of Dreams - Nobu Hotel Manila recensioner

The room is comfortable but there is a lizard spotted in my room. The free minibar is a nice touch but hotel is inflexible and does not allow outside food which honestly is bad for a tourist who wants to order some outside food to try. The mall in the hotel is pathetic, limited options. Okada would be a better choice. Since it is connected to the casino, it gets smoky even when it is non smoking room. The Nobu car drop off is poor with signage unlike the neighbouring hotels like Nuwa and Hyatt Regency so drivers always got confused. Likely will not come back again. Gym is decent and well equipped.

Everything is very polished as expected with a chain hotel, however, I did notice frequent lines on the lobby, maybe they can speed up the process soon. Overall, a great experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interconnected pool deck allows for easy access to multiple pools. Most Nobu hotel staff are very helpful especially Karl of front desk, but some staff are rude and very disrespectful the team of XRAY security. We asked them politely but they answered us in a disrespectful way, maybe they think they owned the hotel how they talk. Maybe they they just lack of manners because that’s how they grow up and they need more “RE TRAINING” to do how they treat a hotel guest. The hotel is connected to DreamPlay, an indoor theme park by DreamWorks, designed specifically for children. It offers interactive play zones based on popular DreamWorks movies, which will keep younger kids entertained. The hotel can be enjoyable for a family stay, especially if you're looking to balance luxury with activities for the kids. However, keep in mind that the casino and nightlife may be a downside for some. And booking through Trip.com is very convenient.

Hotel is very good "CLEAN & KINDNESS" BUT MORNING BUFFET RESTAURANT IS VERY FAR"

Check-In: The check-in process was quick and efficient. The lobby also has comfortable seating, which is great when waiting for a Grab or transport. Room: I loved the room’s Japanese-inspired design—it was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which was tricky to adjust, making the room either too cold or too warm at times. Mini Bar: The mini bar was well-stocked with complimentary soft drinks, beer, cup noodles, and chips. You only need to pay if you request additional items, which was a nice touch. Restroom: The restroom was clean, though I noticed an unpleasant odor when I returned to the room on the second night. Breakfast: The hotel offers two breakfast options: à la carte at the restaurant by the pool on Level 1 or a buffet at the Hyatt Regency next door. On the second morning, we opted for the à la carte breakfast by the pool, but the food was quite average. The portion control—one drink and one meal per person—felt limiting, and there were flies around, which affected the experience. On the third morning, we tried the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt Regency, and it was much better. The selection was more extensive, with salads, fresh fruit, an egg station, Filipino dishes, and cereals. However, accessing the buffet involves walking through the casino, which can be unpleasant due to the smell of cigarette smoke. Alternatively, you can request a shuttle from the hotel, which drops you at the back entrance to avoid the casino. Location: The hotel’s location is convenient, connecting to the casino and some nearby eateries. However, I didn’t enjoy having to pass through the casino often, as it could be crowded and smoky. On the plus side, Ayala Mall is just a 5-8 minute walk away, offering good shopping and dining options

When comparing the hotel to others at similar levels it is not as good, not that it's bad, but the other hotel options out there are simply better, unless you are into gambling then this is the hotel for you. Garden and pool area are really nice. Was nice to have a stocked minibar as complementary, nice refreshments.

Nice room it is spacious

We booked the Nobu hotel for our overnight stay close to the airport and between flights. The reason we mainly booked it was to try the Nobu Breakfast which is well renowned. Unfortunately our all inclusive breakfast offer only allowed us for 1 food option and 1 coffee or soft drink (not even fresh juice) per person at the Nobu a la carte breakfast , or otherwise access to the Hyatt buffet breakfast. Disappointed by the offer we ended up eating at the Hyatt which was great, but we could have probably found it for less £. The room and the facilities were both great. Minor issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. Overall very pleasant experience.

The hotel is clean and its amenities are complete. We were able to sleep soundly as the aircon is functioning well. We love that aside from the conventional coffee sachet, they have Nespresso capsules for the guests to enjoy. Lots of complimentary consumables also at the mini bar. Although we had to go to Hyatt for our breakfast, there are a variety of food choices available that ee enjoyed. We will definitely consider this hotel again for our next family staycation.

i like most things about the hotel, except for the noise from the roads. The windows are so thin and noise from the train beside the building can be heard evidently from 5 am. A pain for light sleepers.

Loved everything about here. Our family really enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool area which is not so crowded. We will definitely go back here.

We love that the hotel is near the airport. There were 3 hotels connected together. The room is nice but the lighting is a bit dim. The mattress was too soft and not really good for the back. There were 3 of us in our Group of 11 that had spinal operation before so it was not good for us. The in room complimentary mini bar was a great idea. The staff were excellent. They would try to accommodate our requests as much as possible. On the last day, we had 3 people fell sick due to stomach flu. The medic came to the room to treat them and extend the check out time to 3 pm allowing them to rest more. The staff at "Wave", cafe at the pool area were so helpful to get us the medic and of course clean up the mess from the vomiting. We sincerely would like to apologize to the staff at Wave for the mess.. The bands at the casino lounge "Centerplay" were great. We thoroughly enjoyed it. There were 2 levels of casino floor area. It would be great if they have segregated the area for smoking and non smoking. As we came from a country where smoking is prohibited in air-conditioned places, it was unbearable for us. Drinks in the casino is free including beer which can be requested. There were many new **** games which were interesting. City of Dreams have nice compound for photo taking. We had many photos taken outdoor though it was very hot.. There were plenty of dining options but it would be good to have a food court. During our stay, we tried a number of the restaurants like Mango Tree (Thai Food), Red Ginger, Mary Grace (Pasta), Shabu Shabu, Noodl8 (Noodles/Rice Options), Wave (Breakfast) and of course Nobu restaurant for the Japanese Sunday Brunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Overall, we had a wonderful trip.

I recently stayed at Nobu Hotel, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and a delicious on-site restaurant. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Service was fast and easy. Check out and check in were seamless. Grab comes quickly.
