Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay recensioner

we stayed at the hotel for 3D 2N. At the beginning of our atay I was able to identify the the dos and donts because by the hotel provided a list. It stated there that if there are broken or missing things we must report them. I did report the broken body wash container but there was no fixing occurred. So basically it was ironic on how they wanted guest to be responsible when they missed to fix the reported broken container.

"We stayed in room 911. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, the bathroom floor grout appeared stained and may need some maintenance. Also, the room was not soundproof—we could hear noise from outside and the neighboring room. Ovetall our stay is very good.

Air-condition wasn't properly working, but overall service is good.

Seems a new hotel, great location next to huge mall and city of dreams casino,7/11 outside hotel, comfortable spacious room and bathroom,all amenities inside,pool nice and cool, included breakfast buffet ok, enjoyed our stay

Love this Hotel!!! Napaka bait ng staff and spacious yung room namin. But there is no netflix cause it’s not a smart tv. Love the food too!! We had a breakfast buffet and I really loved their tocino hehe

Location is great, just beside Dream Play. But, my purpose is to go to Parqal Mall early the next day. The reason I chose this hotel was because it is just opposite Parqal Mall as shown on map. But in reality, there was a barrier between the hotel and Parqal, so I need to walk from the back of the hotel. also, no near restaurants aside from the one at the hotel lobby. Aside from that, overall experience from staff to hotel room was great.

Did not accept us to check in at 2pm until i showed my confirmation. Booked for 3 persons but only gave us 2 towels. Empty parking space. Good choices for breakfast.

Positive Feedback: I enjoyed my stay at Sequoia Hotel, especially because the room was spacious and perfect for families. The addition of a sofabed was a great touch and added to the comfort of the space. Negative Feedback: Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the pool. It had a noticeable smell and seemed to lack proper maintenance, which made it less enjoyable. Reason for Booking: I chose this hotel for its convenient location. It's walking distance to City of Dreams, where I work and perform as a singer at night. Special Occasion: We also celebrated my papa's birthday during our stay, which made it even more memorable.

Very responsive and this extra touch of happy birthday lit up the room literally and figuratively! Budget friendly. Don’t expect 5 start amenities but for a bonding session, this works!

If you're a tourist, it's ideally located for exploring the city's major attractions. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the nearby museum, which was a nice touch! Check-in/Check-out: 4/5 The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. However, there was a slight delay with my room being ready (about 30 minutes past check-in time), but the staff apologized and offered complimentary drinks while I waited, which was appreciated. Check-out was equally easy and fast. Room: 4.5/5 The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. I had a king-sized bed with plush bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The room also featured a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, and plenty of charging ports (always a plus). My only minor complaint was that the bathroom could have used a bit more lighting, as it felt a bit dim at times, especially in the evenings. However, the rainfall shower was amazing! Overall Experience: 4.5/5 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grandview Hotel. It provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the area, and I’ll certainly be returning for future trips!
