Excellent service, sophisticated room, nice location and good food.

I highly recommend their service—it was exceptional! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Ms. Jhoanna Buyo, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. She was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her dedication and helpful nature truly made a difference. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

Had a great time with the area. Though i just find the front desk officers not quite friendly and not wearing a smile. Also the guard in the casino not approacahble. Wearing smirk faces. (Though i understand they were tired) Kindly provide jcuzzi/tub gel. I find it amzing with the electronic bidet but i prefer to wash with the regular bidet. Great design of the room. The hallway leading to room does not smell fantastic, hot. Elevator does not smell good.

I was early at check in 1pm coming from Europe after more than 20h travel but hotel insisted on 3pm check in, they wanted to notify me by SMS when ready. No notification...at 3pm still had trouble to provide room. Facilities totally overcrowded.....1 person per 1m2 in 3rd floor pool. Also not possible to take a drink since no seating available. Really had the feeling just be a number and no luxury hotel feeling at all. Cheaper hotels like Conrad much better and more luxurious/service oriented

The Hotel is excellent. Unfortunate, I was not able to modify my staff to 3 days from 4 days due to my international flight, and that was because I booked with Trip.com. I would be able to modify that if I booked directly through the Hotel. So, that was very disappointment with Trip.com Stephen Ong

I booked room for one night, my wife arrived 3pm at hotel and they wouldn’t allow her to check in even though I had her name with mine in booking. I was arriving late from work overseas so my wife had to wait for me to arrive. Will not be using this hotel again. Plenty of better hotels for less than half the amount available.

Waited 1.5h for check in, as no room was ready. Received an upgrade as compensation. Room had loud noise and wasn’t cleaned properly (clothes of former guest left in the bathroom). For sure not a recommendation!

My family and I had an amazing stay. The staff were nice and very accommodating 😊. The food was delicious and the place exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a new and relaxing experience.

The best hotel in Manila! Everything you need for a staycation is here, the facilities are very modern and they have fast room service for your needs and orders. The room view of the water fountain show is perfect! Also have jacuzzi in the rooms

There isn't tissue, bathrobe, didn't refill toilet paper, water, tea and coffee

HOTEL IS GRATE! but trip.com didn't do the job. the hotel didn't received the confirmation from trip.com and I paid twice!!!
