there was no hot water on the first day of our stay. and the lady at the front desk let us waited for 20 minutes or so in the room without a reply. we asked again and she said there was nothing the hotel could do. the way this staff handle this minor problem just made worse! hotel room was dim. bed mattress was not comfortable. the gentleman serving the breakfast food has good manner and responsible.

Camera modesta, molto buia e servizi minimali non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. In loco disponibilità di sala fitness con orario decisamente proibitivi dato il periodo. Posizione raggiungibile solo in auto o navetta.

Etwas abgelegene Lage, jedoch Shuttleservice nach Torre a Mare. Zimmer mit gutem Standard, jedoch etwas veraltet. Gutes Frühstück, Außenpool jedoch nicht nutzbar

Ottima struttura camere spaziose e pulite. Attenti ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Area piscina ben tenuta

Hotel molto bello stile antico personale molto gentile è pazientoso tutto identico come descritto nella descrizione camera con tutti i comfort possibili percorso SPA anche molto bello ci ritornerei tranquillamente lo consiglio per chi voglia fare un viaggio nel barese. 😊

Excellent hotel, very helpful friendly reception, spa and restaurant staff. Clean comfortable rooms, I would definitely come back again. Good selection of food for breakfast and very nice food and wine menu for evening. I was particularly taken with the pancake machine 🥰

We rented a block of rooms the night before and night of our wedding (5km away) at this hotel. Fabrizio, the manager of the hotel, worked with us in the room-block process and in preparing an aperitivo the night before the wedding with our guests. We found a menu that worked for us, and a great space. Our guests particularly enjoyed the pool and the full breakfast. There was a slight issue with A/C in some of the rooms, but the hotel worked to accomodate all guests. They also provided trasnport to the train station the morning after for those who needed it.

I was booked here with a group of 12 other people for one night. We all booked together for the last night of a week-long trip, and for our farewell dinner at the restaurant. We made a reservation for 12 people in the restaurant that could easily accommodate 100 people, and which was more than half empty when we arrived for dinner (and stayed empty for the rest of our meal). For some unknown and unspoken reason, they REFUSED to seat us together or push our tables together even though we explained it was farewell dinner, and we had booked together. When we went outside to actually be together as a group, we were told there were noise complaints. The manager was very nice and helpful with check in/out and with taxi pricing scams, but I am truly perplexed by the restaurant staff. Our farewell dinner was ruined, not to mention the steak was inedible. Would never go back here. Also, some rooms had issues getting hot water in the shower.
