Olympic Hotel

Lovely clean hotel. Daily changes of linen and towels. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Staff lovely, except one. Who changed the atmosphere when he arrived in the vicinity. Rooftop garden a lovely relaxing area, which Maria is very proud of, and so should she be. Breakfast on the roof was great. Everything you need and more. Evening meals were delicious, cooked by the lovely Panos 💙 if a little bit pricey, but you pay for the location and convenience. The bar is impeccably run by Dally ❤️ and Maria. Great service, thank you. Great location in the town for easy access to the beach, harbour and taxi rank, should you wish to venture further - lots to see. Town beach easily accessible, but busy, packed and sunbeds close together. Valtos beach a few minutes taxi ride away (7 euros) is lovely, highly recommend - spent a lovely day there. Lots to do; boat trips to Paxos & Antipaxos, a great day out on the sea with a breeze (much needed last week in 35+ degrees) All in all, a beautiful resort with stunning scenery. Sadly too hot for us to venture up to the Venetian castle, but it is stunning from all angles.

We were there at end of summer. When we arrived Parga, looked some places and found this place. All city looks like an old fashion and we found this hotel looking same city. They were very helpful and has very clean rooms (smelling like hygiene). They have very beautiful view and breakfast, they have everything for breakfast a lot of cheese eggs and other options. Thanks for everything.

Although a little on the expensive side for the standard of hotel, the hotel has many plus points. Firstly the location is excellent. Easy walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shops. When you see some of the other hotels higher up the hill you’ll see what a great plus this is. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was well maintained by the staff. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a car and parked in a nearby public car park, however the hotel apparently offers parking although not sure where this is.

Booked with Jet2, large coach from airport so was dropped off at top of hill, van was waiting to take our cases, we were supplied a map to get to the hotel. It was an easy 5 minute walk with a small incline leading up to the hotel. By the time we checked in, our cases arrived. We were on the first floor which was very walkable using stairs but there is a lift if needed. Our room was small, as expected, but had everything you need. Listed on Jet2 were robe and slippers, these are not supplied. On request and confused looks, we did get 2 robes but no slippers. If I had known I would have taken appropriate footwear. Towels changed daily, sheets changed 3 times for 10 days. Breakfast staff were a highlight always willing to help with a smile. The toaster was an experience alone with a set of pliers. Please buy your staff a new toaster!! Breakfast offerings were the same each day, but there was always plenty and refreshed regularly. Parga is a beautiful place with an island feel, if you want a relaxing, do nothing, holiday, this is the place.

We are just back from the Olympic Hotel our first stay there and in Parga . We chose the hotel based on its location and the rooftop terrace and were impressed with both . The room was spotless with a large enough balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon . Sheets were changed regularly and towels daily . The staff are truly fantastic and go that extra mile to ensure your holiday is extra special . Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and consisted of cold and hot options which should please everyone. We particularly enjoyed a coffee after breakfast sitting admiring the stunning views . Don’t be put off by the lack of a pool as we found a beautiful little pool bar / restaurant just around the corner called Epavlis where we visited on a few days , it’s open to the public and with the proviso that you spend 5 euro pp on drinks you can use the sun beds and facilities all day . The location of the Olympic is perfect as there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and only a short walk to the many restaurants and cocktail bars in the harbour . Would not hesitate to recommend this little gem to future travellers.

Very good deal for the money. Good location. Very good breakfast. Great view from the breakfast area. Very clean rooms and common areas. Very friendly staff (especially the lady that is in charge of the breakfast) including the owners. Made me feel like family. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in very early. I highly recommend it.
