This 65m2 apartment is located on the 8th floor of a luxury tower with 24/7 security, surrounded by green spaces. Surrounded by 4 large balconies, it enjoys an unobstructed view of the Sacré-Coeur and the rooftops of Paris.
At the foot of the building you'll find: a municipal swimming pool, the Olive market, metro line 12 (7-minute walk) direct to Place de la Concorde, bus 38 to Notre-Dame, bus 35 and bus 60 to Montmartre.
The apartment, which is our main residence, has a large living room of 20m2.
Bedroom 1, with 1 x 160x200 bed, has a rowing machine and exercise mat.
Bedroom 2, with 1 bed 140x190, has a desk.
Beds are made up for your arrival.
The kitchen is self-contained, with combi oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, espresso and Nespresso machines, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

Home away from home
This was a cute comfortable apartment; good beds, cute little kitchen with fridge, microwave, washer (but not dryer-there is a clothes hanger that worked fine). The host was terrific: responsive and accommodating and just plain nice. We easily got to the grocery store to buy breakfast food and that worked great. Once we found the metro (there are at least 2 within walking distance), we were able to make our way around Paris. Slightly sketchy neighborhood, but we had zero problems getting around.

Pure Paris
If you are looking what Paris is really like with a cute view check this out. This place is comfortable and on the 8th floor. Getting the key and badge for the gate and room was easy just be ready for the security to mainly speak French. Everything needed for living and traveling is within a 10 minute walk. The metro is super easy to use. The owner very nice and communicated well. Have a lovely time here!

Tolle Unterkunft über den Dächern von Paris
Eine für Pariser Verhältnisse große Wohnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr großer Vorteil ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Man fährt 20 Min. bis zum Musée d‘Orsay. Die Gastgeberin Cécile ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!
