great location I've been to Paris a number of times. Loved the location and access to the Métro. Apartment won't be everyone's cup of tea; 2nd floor {3rd for Americans} and no elevator, tiny by US standards, a bit noisy one night from a bar down below (curiously, only on Monday night. C'est la France, non?). But, if you are looking for reasonably priced, clean, well located place to stay in Paris, I'd give it a 9.5 (which was not available on the rating scale so I gave it a 10 because I realize that the rating scale is skewed toward the negative). So, yah, it's a great place to stay in Paris if you're reasonably mobile, willing to put up with a few reasonable inconveniences and have a reasonable budget like most people do.

Fantastique L'endroit est parfait si vous voulez découvrir Paris. A deux pas de la Bastille et de deux stations de métro. Propreté excellente et accueil chaleureux. Toutefois il faut savoir que le quartier est très animé (restos, bars et bistros). C'est parfait on y trouve de tout (épicerie, boulangerie, boutiques), mais c'est aussi bruyant les fenêtres ouvertes et ce, même la nuit. Sinon nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement qui est très bien équipé. Nous y avons passé deux semaines et c'était une expérience que nous reproduirions avec joie. Enfin, le tarif est très raisonnable pour la situation sans le Marais.

Très bien situé Appartement très bien situé entre 2 lignes de métro. Super accueil. Épicerie, boulangerie et restos à proximité. Je reviendrai :)
