Had an absolutely wonderful stay here from beginning to end. The staff was exceptional as every staff member was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was the perfect size for the three of us and was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage before our check-in and even after check-out. The location is also great as it was about 10 minute walk from the Eurostar and 20 minute walk to the Louvre. Cannot stress how satisfied we were with our stay and would stay again on the next trip to Paris.
My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and we had a wonderful time. Our room was upgraded to include a city & park view on a high floor, and we loved enjoying our coffee with that view every morning. We had 2 warm days and had no issues at all with the AC. The staff was excellent -- kind, knowledgeable, always willing to help. Our room was kept spotlessly clean. It was so easy to get everywhere from Park Lane. We'll absolutely return.

Checked in to a room that was under maintainance, so had to notify hotel staff that room maintainance had not completed their job. Got locked in bathroom and fortuantley had phone to be able to contact hotel staff to rescue. Elevators often full- often quicker to take stairs up and down 10 floors. 3 requests for refill of soap dispenser- it never happened. 1 request for lights behind beds to be fixed- didn't happen either.

Traveled for work. Great value for location, appreciate being able to find an affordable yet quality stay for my business trip. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was comfortable, but the way the doors are designed the floor gets soaked which I'm not a huge fan of. Staff were friendly and helpful where needed. All in all would recommend, if looking for a budget friendly option and within decent distance of sights.

The view was perfect, and the service was excellent. However, I was disappointed with hidden fees that were not clearly disclosed during the booking process.My credit card, which was intended only for incidentals, was charged for expenses unrelated to incidentals. I would consider this to be dishonest.

This was the first NYC trip for one of our family members. The excellent condition of the hotel and staff friendliness and efficiency made a wonderful impression. Staying at the park Lane made our trip wonderful. Convenient , delicious breakfast options and location at Central Park added to our fabulous NYC trip.

Great hotel, the location was perfect and staff was very friendly from the front desk, wait staff at the restaurants to the doormen! Will stay there again! They were very accommodating to any need we had and the concierge service went above and beyond for our needs and requests!

We stayed on the 30th floor (room 3004). What a fabulous view of Central Park! Our room was immaculately clean and maintained throughout our stay by Estela, who was so kind and had a ‘nothing is impossible’ attitude—so a million thanks for everything!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during the Paris Olympics and whilst it was a decent base for our events, the hotel has a lot left to be desired. The hotel is very outdated and I think we were particularly spoilt by staying at a Mercure hotel in Nice before visiting here, which made the hotel look even worse. The staff were a little intense on check in and although it was confirmed to me before and during check in that we had a late checkout of 1pm, we received a call on the final day telling us that we had to be out by 10am. It all seemed very unorganised and as if the staff don't communicate with one another. We were also placed in an accessibility room, which we felt particularly bad about in case they were trying to get us out quick in case somebody who actually needs the room was waiting. Again, this is something that staff should think about when assigning rooms. The room was quite small and being an accessibility room, the bathroom was prone to flooding which made it very difficult to place certain things in the bathroom. The only positive that I have about this hotel is the breakfast. The breakfast was really tasty with a good variety and friendly and attentive staff who were always available to refill drinks/offer coffee and teas, which was very much appreciated. I would personally not recommend this hotel and think that there are better places elsewhere. Big shout out to the breakfast staff though, they were lovely and in my opinion, the best part of the hotel.

The hotel allowed me to store my bags in between checking out and leaving for the airport. My wallet was stolen while the bags were being stored. Do not leave anything with them or in your room outside of the safe.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room had no functioning air conditioning, a dead orchid, and a towel left out of place, making it clear that it hadn't been properly prepared. Despite reporting the issue, the second room we were moved to had the exact same problem. My partner was so stressed that he needed medication to cope. We ended up switching hotels, which cost us $650 per night. The only positive aspect was the view, but it hardly made up for the distress and inconvenience we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Wonderful stay. The Park Lane Hotel is perfectly positioned and the staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast on 2nd floor and the Sprite Alley restaurant were really good and the roof top bar with that incredible view over the park was an exceptional setting for sunset drinks. The only minor issue we had was with the in-room air-con struggling a little on the very hot days. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.
