BUGS! AVOID! We booked this hotel for a business stay. One of the guests found bugs in his room and understandably did not want to stay, as it put the other guests off staying there as well. The man on reception told them they would be refunded, but despite calling and emailing for months, they still have not refunded a penny. Will never be using this hotel again.

Had a really nice 3-night stay at Hotel Duette at the end of January 2025. The hotel is small and quirky with some really friendly staff on reception, the area around the hotel feels really clean and safe and it's only a 5 minute walk from the reliable Metro Station to quickly get to the popular sightseeing locations with each journey only being €2.50. Rooms were modern with perfect facilities. In the same area as Biche Restaurant also which is a top place for authentic French food. Highly highly recommend!

I had to leave earlier than expected because my grandfather had passed away so of course I had to be there so I asked for a refund for the nights I didn’t stay there because of the unfortunate circumstances and they didn’t even care and Still don’t have my money back

Great hotel,so clean,and super friendly staff. We stayed in room 52,very small lift to the 4th floor,then walk up a very small spiral staircase! Was ok for us we are fit and slim,anyone else I think it would be too much. Room was lovely,so quiet with a roof window,bathroom was great

Excellent service, great and clean room, bunch of restaurants, shops and bakeries around. It is also about 20 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe. It is also a 5 minute walk from a park called Parc de Monceau which very nice to walk through and sit to read

It has been an incredible stay, the room is wonderful but what I loved the most was the staff that helped me with the merto tickets (I had a problem with the validity of it) and they helped me figured it out. If you come to Paris you have to come to Hotel Duette.

It is my second time in the Duette hotel. I am a big fan! The lobby and rooms are well designed and look brand new. The size of the cachette room is great and pleasant for long stay and the hotel and rooms are very clean. Services and employees are smiling, nice and very helpful. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Last but not the least location is perfect. It is very central close to metro station and key leisure and business places. I stayed in the hotel on March, on May and I already planned another stay.

The Room was very nice and quite. The housekeeping was also very good. The people at the reception were very friendly and polite. They gave us helpful information. The breakfast was also very good and tasty. It’s a small and pretty boutique Hotel in the heart of Paris. We enjoyed our time in Paris and will come back.
