Brach Hotel is a visually stunning and beautifully designed space in the heart of Paris. The modern, stylish decor really stands out and creates a luxurious atmosphere. However, a few technical issues did detract from the experience. The electric blinds in my room were faulty, and there were small holes in the fabric. The lighting system was also somewhat difficult to manage. On the positive side, the service at the reception was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. However, breakfast left something to be desired. Service was slow, and the quality didn’t live up to the 5-star reputation, although the waiter was pleasant and helpful. There was a minor hiccup with the cloakroom, as a friend’s cardigan went missing during a penthouse event, which was disappointing. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning. But given a few service and maintenance issues, I’d return with slight hesitation.

The room is tiny an I felt claustrophobic. The light switches were extremely complicated and it took several tries to figure them out. I booked through American Express and it was my anniversary and was hoping for an upgrade instead I was told there were no upgrades other than the suite which was not in the program. When we ordered room service for breakfast, there was no room to even put the tray and we had to move things around. I ended up standing to eat my breakfast. The shower had a seal broken because the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor even when the shower door was closed. For the amount of money that I was charged I expected more. I am disappointed as this experience ruined my stay in a city I love. Save your money!

Very trendy, amazing linen and staff. Rooms are very luxurious and large, for Paris, and the view from our room on the 5th floor is amazing. Rooftop bar grows its’ own vegetables and chickens are on hand for fresh eggs. I booked through AMEX, but it’s still horrendously expensive. Be aware. I canceled one room, but they didn’t receive it. Be aware and follow up.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms, though small, are very modern and have very thoughtful touches. The location is great, a very beautiful local area to explore and enjoy; as well as easily accessible to all the main tourist sites. The pool and spa is beautiful, including the huge hot tub and a must visit during your stay. Could not recommend any other hotel in Paris more! Beautiful!
