It means that for a stay longer than 6 nights, there is one cleaning included. For stays shorter than 6 nights we take care of cleaning upon check out. For this reason we propose a comfort room where clients can find fresh towels, linen and extra amenities 24/7. We regret that this information was not transmitted upon check in. The room you reserved was a classic room, which is one of our more compact options. However, we do offer higher categories of accommodation, such as studios, 1-bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom apartments, which provide more space and comfort.We also appreciate your feedback regarding the proximity of the room doors and the noise from the kitchenware.
