Läget var för oss var fantastiskt. Området var tyst men nära till stora bekvämligheter. Hotellet hade en viss charm och levde upp till sin boutiquestatus. Även om vi visste att badrummet skulle vara mindre än genomsnittet, var duschen nästan för liten för en vuxen. Renligheten av fastigheten var över genomsnittet. Frukostrummet var obefläckade och hade trevligt urval av varm och kall frukost. Personalen i receptionen och frukostrummet var vänlig och tillgänglig.

Mycket fin utsikt över Eiffeltornet! Fantastisk personal, särskilt damen från Colombia som talar engelska och spanska! Bra service, bagageförvaring, användbar information! Och god frukost!

Rent rum, rent badrum och toalett. Vänlig personal. Viktiga toalettartiklar tillgängliga. AC/uppvärmning är temperamentsfull. Ibland fungerar det, ibland inte. Men det var inget problem eftersom det var kallt ute, öppna bara fönstren och det känns som att du har slagit på AC. TV:n fungerar. Det finns en telefon tillgänglig. På natten/gryningen blir linjen upptagen och du kan faktiskt höra ljudet även om telefonen inte används. De har också ett värdeskåp i rummet för värdesaker. Frukosten är bra. Valmöjligheter tillgängliga. Eftersom vi stannade 2 nätter, den andra dagen, fick vi inte påfyllning för våra kompletterande vatten. Men kranvatten kan drickas så inget krångel. Jag tycker att det är en säker plats i allmänhet. Tyst på natten. Läget är fantastiskt, beläget nära tunnelbanor och McDonald's och andra matställen finns i närheten. Jag skulle återvända till denna plats om jag skulle besöka Frankrike igen.

If you are with the large luggage, you have to carry it for more than 10 steps before & after the lift. As the hotel is in zone 1 area, expect that the room is not spacious.

Our stay at Splendid Hotel Paris was truly enjoyable! The room was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights of our visit was the friendly and welcoming staff, especially Claudia from Colombia at the reception. She was incredibly nice, and we had a great time chatting with her. The entire staff was always helpful, accommodating, and greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel at home. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris. We would definitely love to come back!

One minute walk outside the metro is a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel, location is good, and the guest officer Claudia, Nikko and the other staff members are all very helpful and friendly. It is an old building, so all rooms are subjected to a small flight of stairs.

My sister and I spent a night here. We loved the place. The front desk person ( i think her name is Carol) was super nice. We were allowed to check in early- that was so nice of them!!! My only issue was the elevator doesn't go to every floor so had to use the stairs. If you have luggage and on the upper floor that would be inconvenient. Otherwise this was great. Close to many restaurants and the Eiffel Tower! I'd highly recommend.

booked with non refundable. No nego no refund. Very last minute trip postponed not able to enjoy the hotel. But truly i still rated all good. Sure will book the same hotel again which I wanted to be there desperately. Hope there will be a next trip.

very cute hotel, located very close to the Effiel tower, friendly staff and very comfortable bed, would recommend!

Stayed for one night, solo traveller, room was sufficient with all amenities except microwave and fridge. They’ve got metro 6mins walk and another metro in about 8minutes walk which is easy to commute to anywhere around Paris. The only thing different they have is checkin timings which are from 3pm.
