The room was situated directly under the roof, making mornings uncomfortably hot. The low ceiling was a constant hazard, requiring careful navigation to avoid hitting one's head and shoulders.

My friend and I came to Paris for our first ever trip and we are so very happy we chose the maxim opera! We love that it was in a cute area of Paris, not too busy outside on the average day. It was an easy walk to great cafes and the Montmartre neighborhood which we really enjoyed. We were welcomed by two very friendly men at the front desk upon our arrival. They were a wonderful part of our stay. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a complimentary bottle of water and 4 macarons waiting for us when we got to the room. My only complaint is the air conditioner is on a timer and would shut off every 3 hours. This was only an issue for the first night as it was very hot and humid, however the other 2 nights were beautiful outside so the temperature was not a problem. I’m still very grateful to had been in a hotel that even offered aircon so I’m not upset by any means! We loved this hotel and would most certainly stay again when we inevitably return to Paris!

Good quiet street right in the middle of Paris. Rooms are ok and staff is helpful.

Lovely small hotel in a vibrant quarter. Room was small but beautifully decorated in a modern style. Bed was very comfy and quiet. Exceptional front of house receptionist.

Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this location. Rooms are small anywhere in paris in general. Staff spoke multiple languages.

Overall, stay was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Good staff and clean room. But I have one suggestion that Hotel management should think of flexible check-in timing if the guests arrive early. Usual check in time is 3 p.m. We waited for a few hours to get room keys.

We had an amazing stay at Maxim Opera Hotel. The staff was so accommodating and the room had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. Would definitely book there again when going to Paris!!

The hotel is located in a very convenient place with food and supermarket. about 5 mins to metro by walking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is small but comfortable.

Nearby many restaurant , walking to shopping area around 15-20 mins , nice n friendly hotel staff
