Hotel Villa Marquis Member of Meliá Collection

Such a lovely hotel, fantastic location and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved everything about our stay including the breakfast. Highly recommend staying here if you ah e a few days in Paris. While the rooms are on the small size, normal I think in Paris, they are very well organised and super clean and tidy. Everything feels new and well maintained.

We arrived at 1.30 p.m. and in front of us there was a group of 4 girls. nobody greeted us or helped us with luggage and we patiently waited For our turn. In the meantime the girls were offered a glass of champagne during check in…then we started Our check in procedure and the young woman in front of us was everything except of welcoming. She didn’t recognize my Gold Meliá status and also the fact that for us was a special occasion (as told by e mail) and the worst thing was that she didn’t offer champagne as she dis for all the other customer.moreover nobody accompanied us in the room and in when we entered we didn’t find ANY welcome amenities, even the bathrobe was lacking. This is the first time that I arrive in a 5 stars Property in Paris and I receive such a “welcome” ….even in hotel of lower categories I have always received almost a smile and more polite attitude..The hotel seems quite nice and we reallly hope the situation will improve because so far quite disappointing…

Outstanding service!!! All of the staff was beyond attentive and helpful. Super nice and considerate and ensured my birthday and stay was beyond amazing!!! Will be 1000% returning and recommending it to everyone I know!! See you soon!!!!

Hotel staff were phenomenal! They greeted us each day, and sometimes with champagne and chocolate truffles! Special thanks to Paul, Collins and other amazing ladies I’m sorry I can’t remember their name. They ensured we had everything we needed and more! Rooms were kept super clean and stocked with special treats and drinks left in our room each day. This location is walk-able to all the sites, but Metro was conveniently located at the end of the street, as is the Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants and shopping with walking distance. The restaurant, Dos Almas is great for breakfast, but "ok" for dinner, I wouldn't recommend.

One of the best in Paris. For the money and room size and perfectly new inside. Very kind staff. All perfection. Will def come back. The only bad thing is the hallway noise from the rooms but you can’t control people who are pound when other la are sleeping. I came during fashion week when everything is super expensive but worth it. Also the location is top. Chic and lots near by. Loved it.

This hotel is conveniently located near two metro lines and several cafes / restaurants. Reception check in was friendly, convenient and quick. The hotel underwent renovations two years ago. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and very clean. Housekeeping was efficient and timely on demand. This was our third time staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it.
