Hotel London recensioner

Sadly I can’t stay in the same room after I paid for the extension. I was ill that is the main reason for me to extend, but I had to be outside waiting for another 4hours for the room to get read. I was cold and hungry and feeling sick. Also the room I got was cold and smaller than the one I stayed last night. Oddly the price I paid double more than yesterday but I got worse experience both the service and the quality of room. It’s disappointing second experience for me :(

Very great location walking distance to opera area. I’ve read the review and was worried a lot, luckily the staff greeted me was nice and friendly. But the single room facility is very outdated. My window facing directly to next building office so it is very awkward eye to eye to strangers. Sound proof is poor also the hotel is fully booked but the elevator 🛗 only can host 1-2ppl per time

Very pleasant hotel in a wonderful location just by the Opera/Palais Garnier! We have been there for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. Clean, convenient, with very nice service and staff. We can recommend the hotel! ☺️

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were small but very clean, warm and comfortable. It would have been better if the TV’s had more channels and positioned better. I hope hotel makes these changes. However it was a very nice enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect. You can walk for less than 5 minutes and be at Laffayet gallery.

パレガルニエやRoissyBus乗り場に近く利便性が良かった。部屋は綺麗で最低限のアメニティは揃っていた。 建物の入り口から受付まで階段があるが受付の方がスーツケースを待ってくれた。 シャワールームの扉の下に隙間があるためシャワーの水が床に流れてしまった。シャワールームの広さが狭かったため体格のよい方は肘が壁にぶつかってしまうと思う。シャワー以外に困ったことは特にない。
