服務很好，房間很乾凈，但隔音不好

Over all loved it! There is some truth to the negative comments for which reason this place is not for you, but for us it was perfect! We were on the top floor it true a lot of steps but we survived! The room was cute and very spacious with its own bathroom and toilet! Lucky because otherwise we wouldn’t have enjoyed our time, but it was a nice room! we could park our car so that was also super good! Location is excellent you really can’t ask for anything better in Paris! Those who says it’s noisy: yes it is but you cannot expect to be in the middle of the city and have no noise at all. Over all we loved it, but it is not for everyone if you are a picky person I definitely recommend to stay somewhere else if ur easy going this is ur place

Absolutely amazing stay, with very kind staff that were always there to help. Extremely good value for money, with a great central location. Short walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and located near multiple metro stations. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again in the future!

The hotel is great value for money, situated in the heart of a busy tourist area. From start to finish, the staff (Mohammed and the rest of the team) were welcoming relaxed and even arranged for me to leave luggage in a secure area until I left. Don't hesitate to book, the place is great.

I was a bit nervous about going on my first solo trip, but the staff here made me feel so at ease. They were really helpful with any questions I had and the room was lovely. I would really recommend, not only due to the staff and the hotel itself, but also the location. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which was really nice.

Ottima la posizione. Per il resto manutenzione da rivedere, non c'è armadio in camera, pulizia non perfetta. Non c'è tv, ascensore, il bagno non è riscaldato. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo è alto se raffrontato alle condizioni dell'hotel.

A localização do hotel é excelente, em pleno Quartier Latin e a pouco metros da Pont Neuf, mas peguei um quarto no 4º andar e como não há elevador nem carregador de malas tive que carregar tudo sozinho. A equipe que se revez no atendimento e educada e prestativa, mas falta estrutura para ser chamado de hotel. O quart que fiquei possuia dossel na cama, candelabros com velas quebradas e móveis velhos, tudo muito empoeirado. O banheiro, embora modernizado, chovia dentro quando o hóspede de cima tomava banho. Basicamente um local para tomar banho, se trocar e dormir, mas bem limitado em matéria de conforto e limpeza.

Très bon accueil, personnel attentif aux clients, sympathique et de bons conseils. Chambre propre dans quartier agréable et super bien placée pour visiter Paris et sortir... Bon rapport qualité/prix.
