Hôtel Lodge in Paris 13

Nice experience! The hotel is not so near to the city center, but a 5 minutes walk will bring you to the hotel from any bus stop. From the Louvre it is possible to get to the hotel by the RER C train and a 10 minutes walk, or by the bus 87. Nice stay, very clean and comfortable.

I would not suggest this hotel. Rooms look better online. Staff is very unfriendly. Breakfast is also bad.. please choose another hotel if you still can.

The stay was pleasant - the walk to the nearest train was 10 - 20 minutes, but busses are closer. Boulanger Patissier is the best patissier and within 5 minutes walk. Mustn't miss this! Coffee/ kettle in the bedroom would be a nice addition.

No hot water,basic buffet, no balcony ,expensive parkink,problem with chipcard etc. I not realy recomend it for others .

We were really looking forward to coming to France. I personally chose this hotel because the pictures really gave the impression of its elegance, comfort and good service, but I can rightly say that for the first time I am so disappointed. The front desk could be more welcoming at our arrival, instead of charging us some taxes at the very entrance. It really gave away an impression like we were just bank notes to you, not your guests. After receiving the key we tried to go to our room. We couldn't open the door. We again spent some time at the reception desk and when the receptionist fixed the key card, we went back to the door room and faced another unpleasant situation: we were given a room that was already occupied by other guests. Imagine my surprise and shock! Finally we were given another room that was opposite to an elevator, clean, not noisy. The only problem with it was that the window in the room could not open (that really bothered me not to have fresh air). We had to keep the room door open when we needed air, because air-conditions were useless. Very unpleasant... Finally, the room service looses my stuff while cleaning (my makeup removal glove, nothing very valuable, but really necessary for me at that moment) and that's it. I asked the front desk to give me something to remove my make up and I got used face and body cream. No thanks... Overall, the ratio of price and quality was by no means at the same level. We've been to many hotels before and travelled around Europe many times but we never had such an experience like here. Sadly for you, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends nor would I come back here again. The price of the hotel definitely does not justify the service it provides.

No air conditioning, so can be unbearable if you’re there during the summer. Not clean; sheets were only changed once a week. Beds were hard. It’s at end of a dead-end street, so very little around the hotel, as far as restaurants or coffee shops.

Visited this hotel with my son and daughter in August 2024. First of all, the hotel is very far from the central parts of Paris - but there is a metro maybe 5-10 minutes walk away. The lobby is somewhat OK, but the people working in the reception were chronically unkind - and never gave a single smile. Hint to the owners - why do you keep this kind of workers at your hotel ? Breakfast is a small stand in the corner with bread and similar. The biggest issue, was probably the room. We got a family room on the 4th floor - which was completely basic, not much space for anything. No fridge. No aircondition, and it was 27-28 degrees celcius at night. The beds wasnt cleaned sufficient when we got the room, there was hair and spots on the bed sheets. In the room, the painting was peeling off. There was mold and a smell of sewer in the bathroom. I cant understand how this establishment has a 3 star rating ? I would give it one star, at most. Please - you should seriously reconsider planning staying at this hotel.

Room was changed due to unsightly toilet, the new room had mould and the primary gym equipment was damaged

The hotel is good overall, but not for all visits. The hotel was clean and in a quiet area, but the room was small for 4; far from city center and from public transport in general.
