Best Western Anjou Lafayette Opera recensioner

Great location as it is within walking distance to Gare du Nord and everything. Room is of OK size by Parisian standard, and we luck out by having a larger bathroom with a bathtub. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Everything was good except we could hear neighbors ~ The staff and service were really good 👍🏻. Also, the location was good because you have very close to the hotel, subway, supermarket and some nice restaurants.

I am deeply disappointed with this hotel in Paris. I booked this place from London in the middle of the night expecting it to book for the next day once I arrived in Paris. I booked right after midnight and did not see that they were selling me a room for this night that had passed. In about ten minutes I had my confirmation from Trip.com and once I read it, I realized that they sold me a reservation for the past night. I contacted them immediately and they called to hotel to change this night to the correct day when I arrived in that afternoon. Not 20 minuets had passed since I booked this and expected an easy adjustment. To my surprise they refused to cancel the two rooms I reserved. I asked the agent on what we can do. She said to check in the morning. I did and had the same result. A waste of over $300. Is business so bad that they need to steal my money? I was not even in Paris that night. I travel internationally for a living, and this will be the last Best Western Hotel I will ever stay at. If this is typical of how this company treats their customers, then I can only imagine what other disappointments this property would cause their customers. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

スタッフさんもとても優しく部屋もすごく綺麗でアメニティも充実していました！ ゴミ袋(レジ袋)やスリッパ、パジャマ、シャンプーリンスボディーソープ、ドライヤーは持っていった方がいいかもしれません。

很少評價酒店，但這是間非常好的酒店，還送了小禮物，及時幫助我們處理了很多問題，享受不催促離店的法國鬆弛感。

服務非常好。衞生很好。早餐12歐十分豐富，巴黎街上吃貴很多。地段非常好，步行三公里之內到達大部分核心景點。

部屋の設備は少し古かったですが、ロケーションはかなり良かったです！
