Hotel de Neuve by Happyculture

The property has a nice location. Our room was confortable. The bathroom could use some renovation though. Fine anyway. The reception was tiny. The “breakfast area “ was there, so tiny… If I would have known, we would have had our breakfast in a cafe nearby. The service was fine. There was a lovely girl at the reception when we arrived but she was not able to show me in the map our location or the location of sights in the city. She was very sweet though. In my opinion a few things could be improved.

We stayed at the Hotel de Neuve for six days in November. My wife was there for meetings in Paris and I went along to experience the city. The hotel was central to everything. The staff were pleasant, the rooms were clean and the street was reasonably quiet. It's across the street from an elementary school. Michael Robb

A small boutique hotel in the middle of Saint Paul. We booked a standard room and it was one of the prettiest hotel rooms I have ever been in! The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were friendly, particularly the young girl on the front desk who gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat. The only down side… the hotel was under construction and quite noisy at times. They would start sanding and drilling at 7am… also there is a small construction site at the end of the street that we found workers were making noise on until about midnight. If it wasn’t for being woken up from all this I would give 5 stars. Don’t bother with the breakfast though, is is served at the check in reception room and there are lots of cafes around for breakfast instead.

Very central and near the metro that would take us anywhere in Paris. Small but comfortble. Staff was absolutely 5 stars. Small breakfast but enough to put in the mood for the whole day. Room was also small but very clean. Comfortable and big size bed.

A few challenges (renovation mostly) completely offset by an extremely friendly and helpful staff and a wondeful location in Marais. Located roughly evenly between two metro stops, it’s surrounded by shops, cafes, boulangeries, and more. It’s a perfect location from which to explore larger paris!

Excellent accommodation to stay in Le Marais, one of the safe place to stay in Paris. Even though the room is small, but it was very comfortable for us. First of all, the location of this property is ideal, close to 2 Metro stations. The second is close to the Seine River where the morning view is very beautiful. Thirdly, breakfast and hot chocolate are available for us really . Fourth, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you and big appreciate to Phillipe, Silvester, Hadjar and Sidi. You all are amazing people.
