Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon Opéra Bastille recensioner

Good: The hotel location is very strategic, it near the Gare De Lyon Station, it give me travel very convenient. Bad: i have some bad experience during my stay. 1. on the fifth day morning, i only discovered my pillow case have black stain (look like mouldy). ( refer my photo) i did ask why the housekeeper did not changed it. the front desk did not answer me. 2. the toilet was very narrow, on the fifth day i have to check out early to catch my train , as i walked out from the shower room, the narrow walk path, have a sharp edge scratched my body, when i check out i do feed back to the front desk, however the front desk lady , seem very unfriendly dont even to concern about my feedback, she just listened. 3. i broke a glass on the second day during my breakfast. reason, the glass was placed at the edge of the table, this is just a small feedback, i dont understand why they want to place the glass at the edge of the table? this is winter time, we wore thicker, as i walked pass the narrow table path, my jacket drag the glass fell.

Very good location but the room is exceptionally small for that price. It’s pricy to get a room in Paris.

It was a pleasant stay, staff was friendly and awesome, room was very clean, breakfast have a moderate selection of food for your choosing, shower facilities is well equipped and takes just around 3mins walk from gare de lyon

In room dont have any place for keep cloths and dont have mini bar / but so so clean and good location / staff so kind and good service

presque parfait ... lavabo presque bouché , manque de papier toilette  accueil parfait 

部屋が狭い。あとなぜかコンセントが壊れてるの充電器がつかえなかった。フロントでスマホを充電してもらった。エアコンも壊れてる。うーん。これで四つ星ホテルはないね。2.5星くらいのクオリティ。値段とクオリティが見合ってない。

離巴黎里昂火車站很近，交通比較方便。但酒店房間很小，電梯均能容下一個人，就有一種很侷促的感覺。性價比不是很高

我們選擇這酒店的原因是看了trip.com在這酒店的簡介，如附圖的照片，但事實就沒有這回事，怎麼也找不到這酒店外觀像這照片，有誤導之嫌。 房間雖小，但設計確有特色；地點交通方便，附近有很多餐館，還有超市，麪包店，很多選擇。 我們check in 時， 酒店服務員説我們未付房費，不包括早餐。我們在平台聯繫trip.com客服，最後，我們刷了信用卡預付款才可入住 。為了不要耽誤明天check out, 我們晚上問酒店服務員訂單情況並拿了invoice, 看來問題已解決。 我們check out時，服務員給我們看電腦，説我們尚未付早餐費，我們連忙把invoice給他們看， 於是問題解決。昨晚的服務員説房費已付、早餐也包，今早換了服務員，情況就不同，幸好昨晚印invoice,否則又要花時間了。 酒店和trip.com都是有品牌， 兩邊的服務員都有禮貌和耐心跟進，最後問題是解決了，但我接收的長途電話費亦花費不少 。建議trip.com通過微信或whatsapp語音溝通，讓客人省點費用。

床很小 樓上開個水龍頭都能聽到聲音 隔音太差

Les chambres sont très petites. Pour le reste, c’est correct.
