Westside Arc de Triomphe Hotel recensioner

I stayed at the Westside Arc de Triomphe Hotel in Paris from Oct 29 to Oct 31, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The hotel failed to provide reliable hot water throughout my stay. I encountered intermittent water supply and fluctuating shower temperatures, and from Oct 30 onward, there was no hot water at all. When I brought the issue to the front desk, the response was unsatisfactory. As the hotel was fully booked, I was offered the option to use a shower in another room and then return to mine—a solution that was both inconvenient and impractical. To make matters worse, the problem persisted on my last morning, leaving me deeply frustrated. I expected a higher standard of service from a hotel in this price range and location. This experience significantly impacted my stay, and I hope the management will take steps to ensure such issues are resolved more efficiently in the future. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Good value for money. The staffs are very nice and welcoming. The district was quite, close to bus stations. The room was pretty clean. However, the air con was not working and need to walk 10 min to the metro station.

The downside, rooms are small. However location is great, can’t be better actually - close to the L’arch and the Eiffel Tower! And you have a private swimming pool!

Great location - many restaurants nearby - The swimming pool that you can book for yourself (45mn).

I really enjoyed staying here. It's not snazzy or modern, but it has charm, and the staff were lovely. Enjoyed the breakfast and spent time in the spa. You have to prebook and get 45 minutes, but the space is yours . As nobody booked after me, I chilled in the pool and sauna for over an hour. If you're looking for a hotel near the Arc De Triomph and are on a budget I recommend this hotel

Great location

服務態度不錯，位置好。客房清潔很不好。洗頭才發現空的洗髮水瓶。淋浴衹有温冷水， 淋浴房超小，胖一點都進不去。 電梯門關半天都關不上。下次不會住了

在市區去哪裡都挺方便 環境還不錯，設施齊全，服務挺好 還會再來入住 如果追求性價比的話完全可以考慮這家噢👌的

太喜歡這間酒店了，乾淨舒適，床品可以和五星酒店比，不知為何我沒有拍床，附近有不少好吃的餐廳，對面有間指甲店，最後一張照片是酒店門口～

地理位置相當優秀，就是房間大小，在法國地區就沒有什麼可以挑的了，價格也適中，而且酒店有桑拿和泳池服務着非常難得，就是需要提前預約，和好兄弟一起住的很開心…

都說巴黎17區治安不好，這間酒店的位置真的安全、安靜、又離凱旋門近！ 早餐豐盛，員工親戚，值得推薦，下回還再訂這間
