However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the size and speed of the elevator. As an older building, we do have certain limitations, but we'll certainly take your comments into consideration for future improvements. Regarding the room on the top floor, we understand that the sloping roof might have posed some challenges during showering. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused you.
