酒店地理位置方便，離聖馬丁運河步行距離。酒店服務很不錯，房間非常小，隨便住一晚還是可以的。

The room is small be warned but the room suited our needs we went out every day so it was really just for sleep. Hotel is very near metro line gancourt. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The hotel was clean. Elevator is very small only just fits two people. Overall it was a nice place to stay and located near cafe's and shops.

We stayed here for 2 nights in November 23. The hotel has a 24hr concierge service and very friendly staff. Our room, an upgraded double was spacious, moreso than I expected with all the facilities that you'd look for. Tea/coffee and a safe (although this was broken and reported to the hotel). Also a nice shower and the room was clean. Our breakfast was included and offered a good selection of hot and cold food, including yogurt, cereal, fruit, breads and pastries. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a local metro and from there you can get to every other destination with a few changes. Overall would highly recommend

Super clean, the staff super friendly and tthey ar in such good mood. We felt so welcomed. The breakfast also was very good. It is not so close to the Eiffel Tower area, but yes to the Museum Louvre area. Restaurants with good prices around, very close to the hotel. I strongly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this hotel for 3 days! The location is a little far away from the main tourist spots but there are multiple metro stops nearby so we could still get everywhere we wanted easily. We actually ended up really liking the location because we could go visit all of the popular things and then come back to a quieter area later. Our only complaint was that the room was very small, which is fine, but there was a lot of stuff cluttering such a small place, especially decorative pillows. We didn’t really have anywhere to put them in such a small room with all of our things. But otherwise great! Very happy we chose to stay here.

The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful, the room was clean & beautiful, the view from the room was to the street, breakfast was basic with gluten-free bread. Hotel is near a metro station so it is easy to access.

The location was great near 3 different metro stations. The hotel is very basic and the rooms are tiny tiny even for a one person. There's no room for your bags or to turn around. The bathroom is also tiny and no space to keep your toiletries. The walls are very thin and you can hear the people next door coughing. I paid more for this hotel to have AC but there was none. I was told that they switched to heating that day. The room was so stuffy and I had to keep the window open. It was very noisy because of the bar across the street & the construction next door. There's no safe in the room.

We’ve been robbed by the Hotel. When we arrived at the room, on the last night of our stay, our bags, which were locked with a password and padlock, had been opened and searched, and approximately 9000 euros in cash had been stolen. As the bags had been resealed before our return, we believe the hotel staff stole our money as whoever did this had access to our room and had the time and tools necessary to carry out the crime in a way that left few traces. As we opened our bags as soon as we arrived, we were able to notice the theft and inform the hotel reception, which did nothing but tell us to go to the police. We have made a report at the police station and still the Hotel did absolutely nothing about it. Worst experience of my life, don't stay there!
