Actually the location is bit far from city center, and a bit dark cause there is not much street light nearby. Other than that, it still consider very comfortable and clean hotel

Nice stay! lift is available, no need to carry the heavy luggage up to the room. Nice neighbourhood with bar cafe and restaurant. 5 minutes walk to metro station which accessible to all the tourist places. coffee machine is free at the reception. spacious for 4 ppl with sofa at living room. kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. bathroom spacious and clean.

We were surprised with an upgrade at check in and couldn’t be happier to get the roofs of Paris as our views! So beautiful. All super spacious and clean, kitchen equipped for cooking a delicious breakfast and the amenities in the bathroom were from Rituals a brand I love. And coffee at the reception is free all day and night. Neighbourhood is great, full of cafés and restaurants, metro station just around the corner. I cannot recommend more - this is my place in Paris now!

Best location, near to 2 metro lines, lots of good restaurants, boulangeries, even toy store in just a few steps from the apartment. The street is always full of people so I didn’t feel unsafe even walking at 11pm. Kudos for Kuma and Kokuban (Japanese Restaurant), Boulangerie Pâtisserie Miche de Pain, Bien Élevé, Madonna, Delicieux Monmartre. If you don’t want to use the metro, you can get an uber for EUR12 to Louvre, Sacré Couer, Arc de Triomphe and La Tour Eiffel. Also you can got to Versailles by uber for only EUR28. Staff is super nice and helpful! ❤️ It is a cozy apartment with everything you need including lots of space. I really enjoyed having heating and also towel warmer. Coffee and tea are available 24/7! Big thanks to all Cadet Residence team!

La Résidence Cadet is like, perfect for families! The apartments are huge, seriously! You’ve got a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook like a pro. It’s super cozy and peaceful, and the location is just amazing—close to everything. Definitely the best spot for a family getaway in Paris!

We absolutely fell in love with this residence tucked away in a charming Parisian neighborhood straight out of Amelie. The apartments are spacious, spotless, and the housekeeping team is incredibly kind. A special mention goes to Anis, a truly exceptional host warm, professional, and so attentive. He even surprised us with a lovely box of chocolates for our anniversary, that touched our hearts. The area is full of great restaurants, shops, and there’s a bakery right across the street for the perfect breakfast. It felt like home, and we’ll definitely be back this summer!

It was a great stay! The reception is very nice. The apartment was very spacious for 5 people. There is a microwave, 2 different coffee machines, and a dishwasher. The best thing is the location. The street is lovely. There is a bakery right across from the hotel, the rotisserie chicken place next to the hotel, it's perfect for dinner. There are plenty of little restaurants and shops, and it's pretty much a perfect location. There are 3 metro stations in close proximity, and the major attractions are around 20 minutes away. A big like from me!

Location, price, room all are good...but one thing for travellers to keep in mind is that they only clean up the room and change towels every THREE days, and it cost extra 50 euros for each housekeeping and 20 euros for each set of towels... They should make this clearer from the beginning.
