We are always very attentive to your needs, and we love to take the time to make sure you feel welcomed and at home. I am glad you have enjoyed our top floor prestige room. We try and make sure you have everything you need to in the room for a most comfortable stay, we provide complimentary Nespresso machine, tea making equipment and a minibar. We hope you enjoyed the central location of the hotel, allowing you to visit the city from the nearby metro stations. We are always happy to make recommendations and provide tickets for shows or activities in Paris. We look forward to having you with us the next time you decide to come visit Paris. In fact we had the opportunity to welcome you at 9am despite the arrival time starts at 2pm. The Deluxe category is at standard Parisian room which is around 11m². Unfortunately, all our balcony rooms don't have Eiffel tower view, when you reserve you can ask us and we can provide you the best available room with Eiffel tower view.
