Wow! After a week in Paris with family the Saint James was the perfect experience. It’s a small, elegant, hotel with an amazing staff. The bar, the spa, the food, the grounds and, most of all, my room were exceptional…but it was the people that make me want to go back. This will definitely be my Paris destination in the future.

I stayed here with my young daughters in October. It's an absolutely beautiful hotel- very serene and quiet. I love that it's like it's own island within Paris with the circular drive, fountain and gates. I also love that it's a bit on the edge of Paris, but the Eiffel Tower area is still walkable. Easy enough to get a car to other locations. The first suite we were shown was underground, which for me was less than ideal, but they kindly and efficiently moved us into a suite on a higher floor which was perfect for the three of us. Breakfasts at the hotel were lovely and leisurely and my daughters adored the cat, Pilou, who relaxed in a potted plant nearby. We used the sauna and pool at one point, which were lovely. My only complaint is that every time we used the shower it would overflow onto the bathroom floor. The drain seemed to back up and I was told when it rained a lot in Paris (which seems like it would be often?) this would happen. It was a bit aggravating because we had to turn off the water while we washed our hair to reduce overflow which isn't entirely the experience you would want at a 5 star hotel. However, the house keeping service was lovely and prompt about bringing extra towels and helping us clean up the floor. There were also some beautiful treats left during turndown service. It was exhausting at times exploring the city with a 5 and a 10 year old, but this hotel was a perfect respite after a long day. We will be back to Paris this summer and plan to stay at the Saint James again.

Perfect stay in Paris!! We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful and luxurious Saint James Paris! The room was spacious and lovely! Bathroom was marble luxury. And the hotel and grounds were amazing! It was a great location. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our only regret was that we had more time to spend at the property. We were out sightseeing and did not spend enough time enjoying our hotel! Stay here if you can!,

Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel is. It really is the perfect spot in Paris! Everything about the stay was absolutely wonderful. It retains its old world charm while also being incredibly fresh and modern. The decor throughout is stunning and I think when I win the lotto I will call their decorator to come do my home. The staff was really great as well - incredibly warm and friendly while also being amazingly professional and helpful. Never have I received such warm and tip top service, and this was really the case everywhere, even in the restaurant. Everything about the room was wonderful. If I had to find one fault it would be the lights! I found them to be exceedingly confusing to use, especially at night. There was only one master switch by the door, so at night if you wanted to turn on the lights you first had to go to the door, then go about your business, then turn off the master switch. But this could have also been user error. And one note regarding Bellefeuille. I ate there and the meal was absolutely incredible. Amazing service throughout and even with the smallest menu (3 courses) I most have had in total 8 actual courses so that was quite impressive. And the wine was free flowing throughout. And breakfast was amazing, too, some of the best viennoiseries I have ever had. I will dream of the pain au chocolat for years to come. Thank you for an amazing stay - this is truly my new favorite hotel in Paris.

A beautiful hotel that captures the Parisian essence.Impeccable service and a homey feel to it. My first recommendation to anyone planning on visiting Paris. Great suites with plenty of room. Cocktails and room service were delicious..
