El hotel nos encantó y su ubicación más! El personal es super amable y pudimos dejar las maletas en todo momento. La única cosa en contra es que no hay ascensor y son escaleras muy en espiral, pero todo lo demás perfecto! (Sobre todo las vistas desde la habitación)

This is the worst hotel I've ever booked. I didn't stay once I walked in. It's dirty, the person at the reception desk is rude, there's not an elevator, he said he would not help me carry my two ( heavy ) bags to the 5th floor ( which is really the 6th for americans ). If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked on *********** and cancelled because it's just so bad. First impressions count, and this hotel and the person at the reception did not make a good first impression at all.

Firstly, the location is great, super close to metro and montmarte area. However, staff do not speak a word of English, to the point where simply checking in was a nightmare. One morning at 7:45am the desk was unattended and the front door was locked, no answer on the bell, no emergency phone number to call, wifi not working in reception and no lights on suggesting no one was working, despite claiming to have a 24 hour reception. We were up early this morning for a trip which we ended up missing and having to re book. When we tried to raise this to staff at the desk but they couldn’t understand us, despite using google translate and didn’t see an issue with our concern, didn’t try to apologise and even made a sarcastic comment that all we had to do was “ring the bell”. Slightly concerning that there was no other exit if we needed to leave the hotel in an emergency. Bathrooms aren’t particularly clean, not that we were expecting much from a 1 star, but general hygiene is still expected, couldn’t shower for longer than 2 minutes otherwise bathroom would flood. Also there’s no lighting on the staircase at night or in the hallways. The experience didn’t ruin our trip and for a 1 star hotel it isn’t bad at all, the staff just need to be friendlier and the bathrooms need some desperate maintenance

La posizione è fantastica. A due passi dalla metro Pigalle, a tre passi dalla metro Abbesses, già nel cuore di Montmartre, l'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile. La stanza a nostra disposizione non era particolarmente ampia, ma comoda per due persone. In fondo, normalmente, i tempi di permanenza sono limitati. Il letto, seppur dimensioni francesi, è risultato comodo. Pur essendo al primo piano, e la strada abbastanza vissuta, fosse anche per la presenza di una scuola elementare e di due cantieri, la rumorosità è limitata. Fattore per me molto importante. Il rumore può provenire dalle porte delle camere vicine, soprattutto se gli ospiti non sono molto educati, o dal piano superiore, visti i solai che sembrano di legno. Minimalista, ma con quanto necessario per un soggiorno turistico. La camera e il bagno sono apparsi puliti. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno, se lasciati a disposizione. Le lenzuola no, ovviamente. Saponi presenti, asciugacapelli presente. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Ad una nostra richiesta per dell'acqua calda, ci è stato fornito un bollitore elettrico. Gesto molto apprezzato. Hanno tenuto i bagagli in deposito in arrivo e si sono offerti di tenerli l'ultimo giorno, prima della partenza. Attenzione! Non è presente l'ascensore e le scale sono abbastanza scomode. Potrebbe essere un problema per persone con qualche difficoltà di mobilità o per bambini piccoli. Qualche dettaglio migliorabile con piccola manutenzione: l'aspiratore del bagno non funzionava. C'era un cattivo odore nel corridoio di ingresso, prima della porta della camera.

Absolut schrecklich. Nachdem wir das Zimmer und vor allem das Bett gesehen haben, sind wir direkt in ein anderes Hotel und haben unsere Buchung verfallen lassen. Statt eines, wie in den Bilder der Hotelwebseite gezeigten Betts stand nur ein Rollbett im Zimmer mit komplett verschmiertem Kopfteil.

Positivo: Habitación con tarima, ropa de cama y baño muy limpia, baño reformado, colchón bueno pero no espectacular, buena ubicación con el metro Pigale delante. Como está en una calle que es una cuesta se agradece que esté relativamente al principio. Negativo: La recepción del hotel es fea y me ha dado mala impresión y aún por encima el personal carecia de profesionalidad, a cada hora una persona diferente con ropa de calle y sentada en el sofá leyendo un libro por ejemplo, no sabías sí era un huésped o un visitante, el día de marcharnos era muy temprano y vino un señor en pijama y zapatillas de casa para abrir la puerta para salirmos. Me ha parecido surrealista, nunca estuve en un sitio así. Fue un precio económico pero tampoco regalado y puedo decir que tengo quedado en hoteles económicos pero eso nunca lo vi en ningún sitio. No tiene ascensor y me tocó el cuarto piso así que era un sin vivir la vuelta al hotel después de patear la ciudad. Sinceramente el hotel no hacía que me sintiera segura allí. Menos mal que han sido 4 noches y no pasó nada raro.
