They were really welcoming us. and the room was big and cozy.

We had a really good stay, but this hotel is not a 4 star one. The reception area is beautiful but the room was old. Amenities were poor, no frigobar. To sleep and go out just fine. Breakfast ok.

So beautiful and quaint

The hotel was fine, but definitely not 4 star. The floor we were on was undergoing renovations and you could hear the very noisy toilets flush in the adjoining rooms all night long. When we woke up in the morning, the bathroom floor was covered with water due to a leak in the shower. The best things about this spot was the tiny balcony in the room, the relatively quiet neighbourhood, the cute elevator, and the central location with lots of great bars nearby. The square pillows are great for decoration but not so comfy for sleeping.

Small room but comfortable, very helpful staff. Need to book airport shuttle bus 2 days in advance.

Hotel reception and service are the worst. They don't even have a basic mind. It's a hotel not ready for the Olympics at all. (Except Alex, he was great!)

The hotel is too small and no air conditioner ! It’s not worthy for this price.

Friendly staff, within walking distance to the nearest metro. Aircon not working, need to keep window open to keep the room cool. The hotel seems to be short of big towel, always short of one piece...

Nice stay overall enjoyed. Room is spacious enough and comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone great location clean tidy and a joy to stay there! We will be booking again
