Perfect stay in Paris. Hotel is in a great location for the metro and easy to get to most places around Paris. Lovely and clean, decor little dated but the rooms are a great size for Paris. All the staff especially welcoming and friendly. Overall relaxed and friendly hotel woth good breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much ❤️

My adult daughter and I stayed in two rooms at the Hotel Verlaine for only one night in July, at the very beginning of a two-week road trip through France. But even before our arrival, Mme Elodie had already recommended (by email) the Europcar agency at the nearby Place d'Italie, and our experience there was flawless. Our rooms were not large, of course, but they were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The plumbing and wifi caused me no problems. The breakfast was quite good, with fresh bread and croissants, and Elodie was there to serve the coffee and point out what was available in the buffet. She said the Verlaine was a hotel "comme à l'ancienne"--in other words, like in the good old days--and it certainly is. There is no air-conditioning and no elevator. I understand that these are necessary for some people. But if you want a small hotel like they just don't make them anymore, charming and friendly and full of its own character, and located in a real Parisian quarter where residents go out at night right where they live, then you can't pick a better hotel than the Hotel Verlaine.

My boyfriend booked this hotel for our trip away for my 30th Birthday. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was a little small, but did us well for what we needed. Staff was friendly and we would stay again given the chance. Was right across the street from the Metropolitan and a little shop and restaurant near by.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Most importantly it is in the safe area. I felt welcomed and the staff was helping whether I needed a shop, a cafe or metro questions. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel. The metro station to must-visits is 5min away from the hotel.

We stayed here for a night and we regret not staying longer at the Hotel Verlaine! The service was fantastic and the hotel is comfortable and quaint. Elodie and her staff were very welcoming and went to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great stuff Elodie and team! I'll be staying here again when I return back to Paris.

Se potessi, darei 10 stelle, perché 5 non bastano. Se state cercando un soggiorno perfetto per visitare Parigi, ottimamente collegato con tutta la città, in una zona meravigliosa e a due passi dall’aeroporto di Orly, dovete necessariamente venire qui. Elodie e tutto lo staff vi faranno sentire come a casa, seguendovi per tutta la durata del soggiorno e ascoltando ogni vostra richiesta, anche le più particolari. Quando andrete via, vi dispiacerà per non vederli più! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è impressionante. Per un costo che a Parigi è introvabile avrete tutto ciò che vi serve, con camere spaziose (per essere a Parigi) e senza problemi di insonorizzazione, problema molto comune alle strutture parigine. Inoltre l’hotel è esposto bene al sole, permettendo anche con alte temperature di rimanere fresco. La posizione è a due passi da fermate del bus 67 e soprattutto dalle fermate metro Place d’Italie (5,6,7) e Tolbiac (14). Se dovessimo tornare a Parigi, sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel, e lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri parenti e amici. Grazie Elodie per l’accoglienza! Ah, dimenticavo: per gli amici italiani hanno anche una camera con il bidet! 😍

Chaque fois que nous venons sur Paris, donc plusieurs fois par an, nous résidons, mon mari et moi, à l'hôtel Verlaine. C'est devenu incontournable. L'accueil est toujours très chaleureux, tout est fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable, c'est vraiment formidable, surtout à notre époque. L'hôtel est typiquement parisien, tres coquet, les chambres sont confortables, joliment décorées. Le petit déjeuner parisien est toujours un vrai petit plaisir et avec une large amplitude. Rapport qualité prix parfait, sans concurrence dans ce quartier. Et le quartier de la Butte aux Cailles, une pépite parisienne à visiter dans ses moindres ruelles et recoins . Nous recommandons vivement.

Hice un viaje relámpago de tres días a París con cinco alumnos mayores: Élodie nos acogió súper bien, y los otros recepcionistas también. Nos facilitaron toda la estancia, direcciones para comer, comprar un bocadillo o tomar una copa, facilidades para guardar la maleta...Nos ofrecieron un café por la mañana y se preocuparon de colocarnos en las habitaciones de la forma más cómoda, incluso dándonos una habitación más. Es un hotel muy modesto, sin pretensiones, sin lujos, pero muy muy limpio y muy acogedor. Es verdad que no tiene ascensor y hay que saber que las habitaciones dobles son casi todas con cama de matrimonio, son, además habitaciones pequeñas. Pero si estas cosas no te incomodan, es perfecto para una estancia corta o larga en París. El barrio es seguro y tiene mucha personalidad, muy auténtico. Tiene muchos comercios y está muy animado. Está lejos del centro pero esto se ve compensado porque está muy bien comunicado con el metro: tres líneas llegan a la Place d'Italie. La 6 va directamente a la torre Eiffel, la 7, va directamente al Louvre, sin transbordo. Recomiendo este hotel rotundamente.
