Beautifully presented property with much attention to detail given to everything. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the rain shower was excellent. Surprisingly large room for Paris too. Nice continental breakfast with fresh products. Nice bistros close by and easy walking distance to the metro. Would definitely recommend this as a good option

Why did we choose this accommodation.What appealed to us was the room size and the expansive windows facing the street but even though it was a bed and breakfast it was also a home and thus a chambre d'hote.The room had all there amenities and facilities you needed and Jean Etienne thoughtfully each day left a little treat in the room.Sometimes these little details are important.The area is not high end or aesthetically pleasing to the eye but it served a purpose with a metro directly opposite the entrance and 10-15 min to Galerie Lafayette. The breakfast was continental with delicious croissant cheeses and ham.We would have preferred the fruit salad to be less top heavy apple Otherwise an enjoyable stay and Jean Etienne a perfect host who allowed us an early check in and store our luggage after check out until we left for Eurostar early evening

We stayed two nights on the tail end of our 3 week trip in Europe. We were weary after so many nights away from home but wanted to see as much as we could of Paris while there. This guest house is in such a wonderful and ideal location! It allowed us to walk to almost everywhere we desired. It is also very close to the metro and the train station. When we pulled up to the address with the taxi we could not find a sign so we called Etienne. Immediately he came down to greet us and even carried my case all the way up the stairs! His kindness continued throughout our stay with helpful recommendations, storage of our luggage and directions to wherever we needed to go. The home is in an old building and you will feel as though you are living in Paris- which is exactly what we were looking for. Their apartment is beautiful with several guest rooms and a spacious breakfast room. Our guest room was spotless, spacious and welcoming. The bathroom was modern with an amazing shower. The breakfast was at a time we chose and was delicious, especially the croissants and coffee. I would stay here again when in Paris.

I spent a few wonderful days in a special environment. The location, equipment, breakfast, everything was superlative. In addition, Jean-Etienne, our host, is a very kind person and willing to offer the best advice to have a pleasant vacation in the beautiful Paris. Ovidiu

A beautiful stylish Parisian apartment, gorgeous decoration, a wonderful host and delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this place, if we ever go back to Paris I would stay here again, ideal location

Beautiful place the hosts attention to detail was impeccable it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely even made an apple crumble one morning that was delicious. Perfect location close to all attractions. Very helpful & friendly.would definitely recommend.
