Tiny Rooms, but Exceptional Service – Thanks to Emmula!”
My stay at the InterContinental Paris had its pros and cons. The room was **extremely small**, especially for the price, which was disappointing. However, the **outstanding service**—particularly from **Emmula during breakfast**—completely changed my impression.
He was **so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful**, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Thanks to him,I tried the **hot milk**, which was honestly **the best I’ve ever had at any InterContinental worldwide**. Without his warmth, my experience wouldn’t have been nearly as positive.
Yes, the rooms are cramped and overpriced, but **staff like Emmula make this hotel special**. Because of him,I’d even consider returning—this time, **with my mom**. If InterContinental invests in more space while keeping such amazing employees, it’d be perfect!
