We paid for a premium waterfall view indulge suite, rooms were neat and location is nice however we had issues with following: 1) Hand shower wasnt working properly 2) Jacoozi was spraying water all over the place and not working properly 3) No waterfall view and we were told they didnt release water ; Reception staff was courteous but unable to resolve issues. to their credit they offered free dinner as a compensation and was told the issues would be fixed immediately but until we checked out issues were not fixed. Overall a disappointing experience

Beautiful property but not at all near the falls. The access to the property is bit congested. Food quality and quantity at the restaurant is very poor. Driver dormitory is limited to two beds and very poor which was rejected by my driver, who chose to sleep in the car. Waterfall trekking is not at all economical but the guide was courteous. Remember to take umbrella from Sterling voluntarily

Our stay at this hotel had a rough start. On our first day, my son, who has a severe nut allergy, had an allergic reaction after eating a dish that unknowingly contained peanut powder in the seasoning even though we informed the Kitchen of the allergy. Thankfully, it wasn’t severe, and we had medication on hand. The food overall was disappointing— the Indian dishes lacked flavor and spice, while the Italian food tasted nothing like Italian cuisine and was oddly spicy. This was frustrating, as we had higher expectations for the food. However, after the allergy incident, the staff really stepped up. Nirmal, the manager, was incredible. He immediately offered to take us to the hospital in his personal vehicle and checked on us constantly to make sure my son was okay. He went out of his way to ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant, even coordinating excursions for us. Alan from the dining staff was extremely attentive, making sure all the food was safe for my son and greeting us warmly every time we dined. Ranjith, the security guard, was welcoming every day and even brought out bows and arrows so the kids could practice their target shooting, which they loved. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and we had a very traditional and warm welcome upon arrival. While the food was a disappointment, the attentiveness and kindness of the staff, especially Nirmal, Alan, and Ranjith, made our stay memorable. My only suggestion for improvement would be in the quality and authenticity of the food.

Hotel is Beautiful and clean, view is worth $1 million. Everyone’s very kind and helpful. Alan and Anandu were very kind. They deserve a raise. I recommend eating breakfast outside as the water is very calming. View is you’re in a movie. I highly recommend staying here.

This is one of the very best hotels I've stayed in. We had 3 river facing suites and I would very highly recommend them. Everything was excellent, the hotel restaurant was fabulous and the staff, especially Nirmal was fantastic! The hotel has an infinity pool with stunning views of the Waterfall, river and forest. We had the same view from our rooms which made our stay extra special! Definitely visiting again, and wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem!

An absolutely beautiful and stunning hotel situated in a picturest location just wonderful, the staff were also fantastic! Nirmal was wonderful and very helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The room was sublime I could not believe how wonderful it was and how well priced!
