The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a king size bed with an attached room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV and an attached bath. The unit also has a laundry room, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances. Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks! Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September. Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths. OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.
