Good hotel, good facility and good service

Clean and also very good place i love the breakfast , the room and all the facility inside. I will comeback here definitely to try other room

If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV. The stafs is really nice and helpful.

Good atmosphere, ambience and environment. Feel back to nature.

Inrecommend you guys to include breakfast in trip as it is really affordable and nicee. They serve breakfast buffet with with variety option. Tolonglahh stayy sinii best experience ever!!! I pun nak repeat nantiiiii

The surrounding's good, calm and very relaxing. unfortunately there's renovation nearby. But overall it was a great stay :)

We often stay cation here. But, this time we not happy The are give us connecting room and didn’t explain to us. When we ask to change the room. The are ask for pay extra than the price not make sense. The bad experience is, the are putting roll tisu with strength materia. Very dangerous

I visited Bandung so many time. This is the most horrible 4 star Hotel and i dont its qualify 1 star hotel. 1. The room dont have air condition, dont have fridge, the window is broken, dirty floor, dirty bed sheet, got a lipstick mark on the blanket and i dont think they wash the bed sheet and the blanket also a lot of insect inside the room 2. The bathroom is dirty and smelly, i dont think they clean up the bathroom. Inside the bathroom they dont provide towel. We booked 4 rooms and one of the room got towel but its very smelly like ****. 3. The pool is also dirty, they dont have a gym. Ussualy 4 star hotel got a gym 4. We ask the room service for a bucket of ice cube. But they came and send us with a bowl of ice cube. They said we must pay for a bucket of ice. Its ok for us. But they never come with a bucket of ice cube. And we dont think they have an ice bucket. 5. My wife wants to borrow a haor dryer. And they came with broken hair dryer 6. The room location also horrible. I prefer sleep in my own toilet rather than sleep on this hotel. I trybto get a refund and ask the hotel to give me another room but they cant help It was horrible experience Dont go there. U better bring ur own tents and sleep on rather than pay this hotel. At lease sleep in tents is free
