Excellent service, exceptional room with all facilities, kitchenette, laundry, parking etc. Easy walk to CBD of Parramatta

The room, location etc was all fantastic for a business stay. The pub adjoined to the hotel offered good meals for dinner. The only negative is that the showers / bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly with an anti mould type product.

Great location excellent customer service clean and spacious rooms-we stayed in the two bedroom apartment was very reasonably priced and the apartment was gorgeous close to everything. 2 reasonably sized bedroom’s with large kitchen lounge area modern new and clean within easy walk of the river and shops. The bistro next door had great food, we will be back

Great for concerts I stayed here for kiss and it was only a $20 Uber ride (don’t take a taxi!) rooms were big but a-few complaints: Slamming doors kept waking me up Couldn’t mirror my phone to the tv like most hotels I’ve stayed at the tv is ancient not a smart tv so I had to watch my iPad Bed was two singles put together No radio so I didn’t know the time at night or tissues it’s the small touches like that that matter But I’d stay again for a concert much quicker to get home
